This was an absolutely wonderful experience. You can't ask for a better location - it was just a two minute, well-lit walk to so many fun restaurants and shopping.I travel to Nashville for work frequently and there was just the right amount of space. The kitchen was nice, the large TV and comfy sofa was perfect, and the table was just the right amount of work space. And the mattress was so comfortable.There are sound machines in every bedroom, and I did use mine because I love white noise, but I can't imagine needing them to drown out anything. Other than occasional street noise, I never really noticed anything.Christy was really responsive, and I didn't have to go searching for information. Plus, there's no need to clean before leaving here, which is a huge plus when I'm trying to get out the door for work.The only thing that would make this place better would be in-room washer and dryers. I've been spoiled by other VRBOs, but I'll gladly give it up and overpack if it means staying here again.

Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the host was kind, responsive, and made everything stress-free. The location was perfect—close to all the fun Nashville spots but still quiet enough to relax after a long day.We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville. Highly recommend!

our producer suite was easy to access, easy to find and very clean when we arrived. It was quiet, even though there were white noise machines if needed. The shower was great the television and the seating room were comfortable. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. The sheets were soft. The pillows were fabulous. We appreciated the coffee and cream that was left for us.Everything worked just great for us and I would stay there again and I would recommend this accommodation, The Vinyl to anybody who goes to Nashville. Communication throughout our state was easy and Christy made sure we had everything we needed.

Great location with cute coffee shops nearby (OSA was our favorite!). The apartment was clean and comfortable and in a nice little area. That said, it’s very much a “figure it out yourself” , no frills, kind of place. The trash setup wasn’t clear, and WiFi info wasn’t provided upfront — which mattered a lot since there’s zero cell service inside (we had to go outside to text the host for the wifi password). Check-in was the biggest headache. There was confusion with our reservation and it was not handled as gracefully as it could have been, and later we learned that our door codes were deleted which resulted us being locked out at 10pm. The host resolved it within 10 minutes, but the first two days were unnecessarily stressful.Once things settled, we did enjoy the stay, and I’d still recommend the apartment — just be ready for some bumps with communication and logistics.

We had a very easy no contact check in. Was a delightfully quiet stay. The apartment was clean whiof course is very important to me. Our host was in contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Watch out for the corner of the bed frame closest to the wall, its dangerous in the dark.

Our new Nashville go-to!

We absolutely loved this place! Great outdoor space, we had a beer on the patio one night. Clean, well layed out apt, Easy to get to all the hot spots! Weve had several Nashville trips, but this is our favorite!

Great place to stay while in Nashville

Property is located in the heart of music row. There's plenty of room for walks which our dogs appreciated. Inside of the condo is nicely decorated. Love the big screen TV. The only challenge is parking.

Cute 1br in a nice quiet area

We loved the area. Quick walk to lots of local bars and restaurants. There is a cute coffee place right down the road. There are scooters on every corner if you want to take a quick ride. We ate at the French bakery for breakfast down the road and it was lovely, the best macaroons. I Love Sushi is in walking distance and delicious. Broadway is a quick uber ride. We really enjoyed our stay.
