Nashville get away!

This was the perfect place to stay for our weekend in Nashville. Close enough to walk to Broadway or easy to drive down and park as well. The home was well stocked and the coffee bar was perfect. Very comfortable and a great place to stay!

This property was terrific. It was extremely clean and well-decorated. The hosts were also very generous with consumable amenities. The check-in instructions were clear and the check-out instructions were even simpler than staying at a hotel. We would highly recommend this property.

Such a lovely place for our Nashville stay! The home was lovely and well appointed. We had all we needed to explore Nashville and relax when we weren’t sightseeing and sampling the great food. Carol was a fantastic host and responded quickly the few times we reached out!

We had a fantastic stay at this Nashville VRBO. The property was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described, perfect for a weekend getaway. Communication with the host was excellent; she responded quickly and was super helpful with any questions we had. The location couldn’t be better. The home is an easy walk to Broadway. Highly recommend!

Perfect Nashville Home

Amazingly clean and thoroughly appointed Nashville gem of a vacation destination with all the right amenities. Easy walk to Broadway and incredibly close to the best venue in town, 3rd and Lindsey! Secure parking was a huge blessing. We loved everything about this wonderful getaway.

Nashville Wedding

House was beautiful plenty of room for 4 adults. main bathroom was huge and gorgeous we spent most of the time being tourist and spending time with the family. But the house was the perfect place to unwind

Came here to celebrate 2 Anniversaries! It was a very nice place that was decorated very cute. We did Uber everywhere we went. It was worth it. The road out front was very busy, so I wouldn’t recommend walking. Carol was a great host and answered any questions I had very quickly! Would stay here again!

Birthday weekend

We had a fabulous weekend celebrating birthdays, friendships and seeing MW. Location is great (not walking distance) but a quick ride to so many amazing areas. Had everything we needed and more.

Out of town guests

This property is a very nice townhome ,very well equipped ,super super clean and very convenient to the downtown Broadway location. The host is extremely accessible and very fast with responses. We felt that it was a very good value for our two night stay with out of town guests, we would definitely do this place again.

We have a very nice stay. The other reviews are pretty accurate. About a short 20 minute walk to Broadway, although the 1st 200-300 yards are not very walker freindly. Highly recommend staying here though.

Friend Trip

This house worked perfect for a long weekend trip! Plenty of space and having 3 bathrooms was a big bonus. We were able to both walk and Uber to many places, including Broadway! The gated private parking was a big plus, knowing our car was safe and we’d never have to worry about a parking space.

Great Place / Host

Carol was very accommodating and her rental was perfect. Close enough for a $6 Uber ride to Broadway, in a quieter part of Nashville. Modern appliances throughout, well lit, and safe. Highly recommend.

So conveniently located!

The property is in a neighborhood a short 6 Lyft ride into downtown. We could have walked if it wasn't winter. The property is very clean and spacious. We had a great time here and would highly recommend it. Carol is VERY responsive in her communications. She was flexible with our checkout time, and we really appreciated that. Thanks for a great stay, Carol!

Great place, sketchy location

Very nice property. Clean and updated. Only downside is that portions of the bedroom walls don’t quite reach the ceiling (part of the architecture) so not much privacy. Location is in the midst of a turnaround and has come a long way, but walking around at night not advised. Really good overall experience.

Anniversary Weekend in Nashvillle

We had a great time at this property. It is conveniently located to downtown- it is walkable, and Ubers were quick and easy. Carol was easily accessible and quickly responded to all our questions. It is in a busy area, so there is some street noise and the occasional train, earplugs are available. Also the high ceilings have lots of window and lots of light in the bedrooms , bring your sleep mask if you like it really dark. Kitchen had everything you would need if you wanted to cook your meals at the house, but we took advantage of all the fabulous food in Nashville.

Girls Trip LC concert

We enjoyed our overall stay! The design and furnishing were great! A few items I would like to see improved upon: hotter water in the upstairs master shower, the living room television downstairs would not allow us to utilize apps to login in to them ( ie. Netflix), and there are a lot of windows without shade, on sunny days like last Saturday it was hard to sleep in. I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed the 15 min walk from Broadway and we loved, the security of parking in the fence, and all the supplies one would need to feel at home. Thanks so much! Communication with the owner was amazing too!

Spotless, Comfortable, Spacious!

We were a party of 4 (two couples) in town for a show at the symphony center. Our goal was to walk everywhere and drive only when necessary - and the location worked perfectly. We walked to Husk for dinner and to the symphony center -- and several times to Broadway. Thankfully the arrival instructions were clear -- to enter from the back -- where we parked in the gated driveway. The house is contemporary and very well furnished. Beds are very comfortable, bathrooms spotless, and the kitchen amazingly well-stocked. We'd definitely come back! Carol is quick to respond and is so easy to work with!

Nice property

This house is exactly as shown. Very clean, comfortable, well stocked and plenty of room. The bedroom toward the street is not idea for those who sleep lightly. VERY bright, lot of traffic noise. The location is walkable to Broadway, however the location is a little sketchy. Our goal was to walk but after some very questionable activity in the area we chose to Uber or use our car. (Parking is expensive - FYI) It's on an alley which wasn't the place you'd want to be at anytime. On the plus side, the goal was not to spend much time at the property anyway. The owner is very responsive to any questions and she had very nice greeting gift for us.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was newly remodeled, very clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious. The location was perfect—just a short distance from Broadway. Neighborhood was quiet. Communication with the owner was excellent, and the check-in/check-out process was quick and easy. Highly recommend!
