Location was great, walking distance to broadway and team facilities. Apartment was very clean and had all the required necessities to help us enjoy our stay.

The sheets in the master bedroom are garbage, they came loose every night we slept. The patio area had cobwebs and bugs stuck in them all over the ceiling and wall. The bedroom that looked to the river had a huge coffee stained extremely wet carpet, was not pleasant. The little gal that came to clean it was wonderful however she could only mop under the carpet and set up a fan to dry it out

Perfect location

This condo was spacious and clean. We loved staying here. We would stay in this place again. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Nashville.

The condo was very spacious and was clean . The wall to Broadway was about 15 minutes so it was a good location .

Great stay in Nashville

The condo was wonderful and exactly as advertised. Communications with host were quick and responsive. Check-in and access all worked well. The one secure parking space was all we needed. A medium walk to Broadway, maybe 6 blocks, but we were aware of this and it worked fine for us. Very affordable and well maintained. Certainly would stay here again on next trip.

Our Stay!

We loved this condo! There was 10 of us girls, the place gave us plenty of room to eat, sleep, get ready, and hang out. The walk to Broadway is about 10minutes but can be sketchy along the river in the dark on the walk home. The walls of the condo are thin, noise complaints are expected for the amount of people it holds. Sheets and towels are all white and renter/cleaner is particular about the cleaning deposit being given back regarding any washable stains being left on them. Overall we had a great stay!

Time to play in Nashville

Heading back to MN from a wedding in eastern TN we decided to stay & explore Nashville. Found the Penthouse that was within walking distance to entertainment. It’s really cool! 3 bedrooms, nicely decorated, sweet little deck for cocktails. My cousin had the bedroom closest to the railroad tracks sadly didn’t sleep well. He’s used to utter quiet, didn’t try the sound machine. A light above the kitchen sink would be an added bonus. Jen was a wonderful Host!

Nashville Fun

Very nice condo. Lots of room for the 6 of us. Kind of a cool metro location. View of the river, train trestle and the Titans stadium. Owner was really responsive and easy to work with. It is walk-able to Broadway but uber is an easy 3 min option.

Great stay!

Beautiful, bright, and sunny space, very clean and has all the amenities needed for a nice stay. Very comfortable bedding! It is very close to the Train tracks but that wouldn’t stop us from staying again. Thanks for hosting us! 😊

Nashville/Football game

We had a great time at this location! Plenty of space for our group of 8 adults. It was within walking distance to Broadway, which is where we spent most of our time. The house was very clean and modern. The hosts were very responsive to communication and responded very quickly to questions. They do allow for early check in if the house is cleaned, which was a great option. They also offer extras that other places we stayed at have not such as plenty of k cups for the Keurig, plenty of toilet paper and toweling. We did not have to go shopping for any of these items which was greatly appreciated. Overall a great experience with the host and the apartment.

Great Stay

The building is a newer, contemporary design with secure parking and elevator service. Host communications was excellent. The penthouse exceeded our expectations. Bright, clean, well decorated & well stocked with views of the river & downtown. My companion said, "I just wanna soak this place in!" Only notes are that the public areas could use some cobweb busting and the neighborhood, while near "the action", is still developing. We chose to take a 5-min Uber ride rather than walk. I'm a former VRBO host, frequent guest and picky traveler. This Penthouse earned my highest recommendation!

Great place, great host and great location!

We had a great time in Nashville! Your condo is beautiful and was in a very good location…close to Broadway, Germantown, as well as Nissan Stadium. We loved having the parking space but we also rented the scooters to get around town, such a fun idea! There were 6 adults and we loved having the space your condo offered. We will be sure to recommend your condo to friends when they travel your way! Thank you so much!

We had an amazing time at the condo! Very clean! We made breakfast every morning and the kitchen was very well Stocked with everything that we needed to cook. We spent a Great weekend celebrating our Daughter’s 21 birthday! We highly recommend this location.

Went to Nashville in the middle of heatwave, so expect to Uber to DT.lf the weather was better prolly could walk it. Clean place and decent views. Overall good stay.

Great spot to enjoy Nashville

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect. We could walk to almost everything and explore the city: Germantown, Broadway, and Bridgestone Arena. The place is super clean and well-decorated. Also, the parking was perfect. It has a reserved spot with good space to leave your car securely. I recommend this place and hope we get to stay again soon.
