This is a great property. Very clean and had all the amenities that you will need. Little things like coffee, salt and pepper, tea bags, laundry detergent, lots of towels. Nathan thought about the little things that are big things to guests. The house contains 4 large rooms, each with its own bathroom and shower. Great for 4 couples. Lots of living room space as well with a good selection on the tv. The neighborhood is quiet and only 10 minutes walk to Kroger. Other stores and restaurants/bars are within 10-20 minutes walk. Easy Uber/Lyft drive to Broadway, airport and the Opry. We will definitely check out this place again on our next visit.

We had a great time, the house suited us fine for what we needed. Great neighborhood with lots to do and check out around the neighborhood. Easy share ride to downtown Nashville! Great communication with host!

A Good Choice

Our stay was very cozy. The location was really good for all things downtown utilizing an Uber and driving. All rooms had their own bathroom which was a plus. My significant other and I had our 4 children (21,21,19,& 15). It was a huge plus that one bedroom and ensuite was downstairs and the others were upstairs. We were very comfortable. I would stay again. The things to note: Bring additional bathing towels, rooms get stuffy after hot showers so keep the fans going for a while. There is only one television in the home. The driveway is extremely narrow but parking on the street works out well. Located close to several fast food restaurants that stay open late 2am).Overall good stay.

Great neighborhood

The location was perfect! Very convenient to Downtown and a lot of great restaurants nearby. The air conditioning was not terrible but the rooms were a bit warm for sleeping and the kitchen lacked a few essential “tools” such as a spatula for flipping eggs. Otherwise, this was a great place to call home away from home!

Family & Friends Meet Up

This East Nashville house was the perfect spot for our 7 person family/friends meet up. First the house. Wow! So cozy with convenient amenities including en-suite bathrooms with each of the 4 bedrooms, a convenient kitchen with a table large enough to accommodate our whole group, comfortable seating in the living room and out front seating on the porch. We were especially grateful that one of the bedrooms was on the main floor making it easily accessible for one of the couples in our group with mobility issues. The location was an easy drive (considering Nashville traffic!) for our THREE trips to the airport to pick up members of our group… trips to downtown Nashville via car and Uber… and out to Opryland and the Hermitage. Grocery stores are just a couple blocks away. The Pharmacy Burger restaurant is just around the corner. Delicious! Jane’s Hideaway is an easy walk if you’re looking for a live music venue. Nathan is a very responsive host. Thank you for a wonderful and welcoming stay.

Nice, clean and as pictured

Property is just as shown and described. Very clean and plenty of space for 4 adult couples for a weekend. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy with shoes tossed over power lines but I think that's just Nashville. There are coffee shops, Kroger and restaurants a few blocks from the house but you have to drive to Broadway. It's a quick Uber ride. Check-in and Check-out were simple and the host responded quickly to questions. We would stay there again.

Friends trip

The property needs some attention. The only TV in the house would not power on for over 24 hours. The property has tripping hazards and loading unloading was difficult. We were approached by two neighbors while unloading telling us not to park there. They could tell that we were unloading.

Roomy, well appointed and spotless! Easily walkable to great restaurants. Nathan was very responsive to our needs! Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Perfect space for 4 couples, each room with its own private bathroom. Kitchen table to accommodate 8 people.

Great house and location

We had 3 couples and the house was perfect. Each bedroom had an ensuite so easy for all of us to get ready simultaneously. Kitchen was big enough for us to sit around and talk with our morning coffee. Ubers to downtown Nashville were quick and inexpensive. Great place.

Amazing

This house is perfect!! Every bedroom is spacious with queen beds and their own bathroom and extra sink. Our group was six adults, there was plenty of room in the kitchen and for lounging around in the living room. There's a couple restaurants and convenience store around the corner, walking distance. We highly recommend staying here and would book again for our next trip to Nashville!!!

We loved the house. Perfect for couples weekend, and each room had its own full bath which was nice. Easily located close to Broadway and the neighborhood had some nice food options that were very walkable. Communication with the manager was easy and accommodating. 10/10!
