Very cute condo right on the river! Lots of attached, covered parking. We were on the third floor and there isn’t an elevator, but the stairs were not bad at all even with our bags. The water pressure was incredible and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. We walked to and from Broadway multiple times over the weekend and it only took about 20ish minutes one way. Would definitely stay here again.

Rockin the river is a great choice! The host is a fantastic, quick communicator and very thorough.Location is absolutely perfect. centrally located and able to get to many locations with a short uber ride or walk if weather permits. Check in process was seamless, everything you need.Is there! It was the perfect space for my husband for our week stay in Nashville. Thanks Denise! We did not use the pool facilities , gym or laundry.So I cannot comment on that area of the complex.

We enjoyed the condo itself but the noise from the construction across the street was awful! It would have been good to know that there was major construction across the way, especially because the bedroom window faces the construction.

The location it was easy to get to Broadway. You could walk there. It was nice sitting on the deck and looking out over the river and watching the boat go by very comfortable. I would read it again if I went back.

Overall, very good and would stay again. Communication from the host was excellent and accommodating to our requests. We walked everywhere; Broadway (1 mi), Farmer's market (.5 mi), Parthenon (3 mi), Music Row (2 mi). 1st Street N at night looked concerning, but we did not experience any issues. The unit could use a dresser for unpacking and although it appeared clean, it could use a touch more TLC on dusting and build up on floor corners. Neither would prevent us from staying again. It would also have been nice if the TV had an antenna to receive the local stations. Otherwise, you need some type of streaming service.

Nashville Stay

We recently stayed at this VRBO in Nashville and overall had a good experience. The place was extremely clean and well-kept, which we really appreciated. It’s also in a great location — very close to downtown, and just under a mile walk to Broadway. If walking isn’t your thing, Uber, Lyft, and DoorDash were super easy to use, quick, and reliable for both transportation and food delivery. There are also lots of great restaurants nearby, making it a very convenient spot for enjoying the city.That said, there were a few downsides that impacted the relaxing vibe we were hoping for. There’s major construction right next to the parking garage, and the construction crews start at 6 a.m., so sleeping in wasn’t really an option. We were also without water for about four hours one day (we were notified of this in advance), and then on our last day, we unexpectedly lost power for several hours. While these issues weren’t the homeowner’s fault, they definitely affected our overall experience and made our five-day stay less relaxing than we had hoped.The host did acknowledge the inconveniences and provided a slight refund, which we appreciated — it showed they were aware and cared about the guest experience. However, even with that gesture, the disruptions were enough to impact the quality of our stay.The home itself is nice and comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. Just be aware of the ongoing construction and the possibility of utility interruptions when planning!

The place was exactly as described so I am rating the place based on my expectations going in.Location - ExcellentInterior - Great for a couple, very nice and comfortable, nice little balcony overlooking river, bring sweetener for your coffeeExterior - The whole building is a little tired but acceptable. Overall - Many of the units are short term but that was not an issue. The walls are thin, as described, but that was an issue only once when someone walked past with little regard to their noise. Would stay again.

Great Location

Property is right on the river with covered parking and sidewalks along the river for the short walk to Broadway. Interior was nicely decorated and very clean. Really liked the included coffee pods for our slow morning starts. The host was very nice and quick to answer our questions. I will definitely stay here again.

Weekend trip

This is a lovely condo on the river in a redeveloping part of Nashville, close to downtown and Germantown. The apartment is well appointed and tasteful, and the accommodations comfortable. Amazing, communicative hosts. Will be back.

My husband and I found the perfect place to stay for our short getaway. The unit was clean, nicely stocked and extremely comfortable. Sitting on the balcony while watching the barge traffic was a treat. A short walk down the river path drops you right on broadway, we walked this daily without a problem and found it to be populated with runners and walkers. We will most certainly be back! Thank you for the hospitality!!

Convenient location, everything as advertised!

The unit had everything we needed and it was conveniently located. While you can walk to the bars at Broadway, it's much quicker with a very inexpensive Uber ride. The building is off the beaten path, but not far from anything--the perfect combination for us. The free parking is a huge plus, and that's difficult to find in the area. We had no complaints!

Everything was real nice it was located within a mile of where we was going the host was very helpful it was my wife's birthday and she helped me have flowers and balloons in the condo before we got there I would definitely recommend this to anybody

Weekend Football Game trip

This is the second time we have stayed in this complex, the first at this particular condo. First the location is excellent. Within less than a mile and you will be on Broadway, at Nissan Stadium and all the bars. Walking back at night is a little sketchy but we have done it multiple times with no issues. This condo was so clean, had everything we needed, the owner was awesome and friendly and we for sure will be renting from her again. The previous reviews and owner description is 100% accurate.
