The place looks great. Very welcoming It is near the 12 South area even if we could not take advantage of it. Should note the two sets (one flight with a door in the middle) for those with mobility issues.

Cute little spot. We loved that it was walking distance to shops and restaurants. The host allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout so we could go and grab lunch. That was really nice. They also provided Coffee, which was fantastic. I would recommend this spot and would definitely stay here again

This over-the-garage apartment was nicely appointed and perfect for our weekend stay. It’s located in the heart of the 12 South neighborhood within walking distance of numerous stores and restaurants.

Wonderful place to stay!

Clean, cute place in a safe neighborhood. Beds and pillows were great!! We used Uber and Lyft instead of a rental car and everything was pretty reasonable. Shopping and good coffee within walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for the Rock n Roll race. Location is fantastic. Great neighborhood. Place is adorable. Nicely redone. Clean. Owner/manager responsive to messages. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Sport in Perfect part of the City

We enjoyed the location convience of it's location to all our favorite plasced to visit. The home was very nice and had all the appliances we needed. Great Hot Water and everything was very nice and clean.

Perfect location in 12 South!

We loved this spot! Great places to walk to and a beautiful neighborhood to take in. The space is immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable with quality linens. The shower is huge and better than most high end hotels. Would love to stay here again!

Nice Location in 12 South

It is a perfect location and comfortable place. Easy walking access to all 12 South has to offer. The beds were super comfortable! Our only concern was that there was a strong smell when we first arrived. We soon realized it was gasoline. The apartment is over the garage which houses a couple vehicles. The windows were closed and air was off so the smell was overpowering but did dissipate once we opened windows and turned the air on. I would also have liked some Kleenex and a nicer quality TP and paper towels but definitely not a deal breaker and would recommend this place for sure!!

Getaway

We very much enjoyed our 3 night stay! The area the place is near is so cute with fun shops and restaurants. We loved walking to the frothy monkey every morning! The donuts from 5 daughters were delicious! We didn’t eat at any of the places except the frothy monkey because we were typically down town. Places we really enjoyed were biscuit love, another broken egg for breakfast. Mas tacos is sooo good! Looks like a dive but I’m telling you the tacos are delicious. An Uber to Broadway was quick and easy just watch the rates, they fly up around 6pm or if a concert is going on. Typical rates we snagged were between 7-$11 to Broadway. As far as the place we stayed in-the decor and vibe was so comfy! The bed was comfortable (loved all the pillows), the shower was huge! It was just myself and my wife staying so the size was perfect! Parking was a bit snug but we managed! We would definitely stay again and will be back to Nashville! Our first visit was memorable! Thank you for sharing your place!

quiet spot in a great location

my 85yo mom & i were blessed to stay in this great spot! it had everything we needed and the location was great! the beds were comfy and we loved all the windows! we would stay here again and my mom is already recommending it to other family members. :)

Our Home Away From Home

This was the perfect place for us to stay -- 3 sisters in our 60's-70's. Lovely neighborhood, safe and quiet. Wonderful restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Definitely recommend Urban Grub ($$$) and Edley's Bar-B-Que. The donuts at Five Daughters Bakery are the best we've ever had, especially the Coconut Cream Pie donuts. Communication with the property manager was great. Easy to get Uber rides -- and the drivers were fountains of great information and recommendations. We highly recommend. Thanks, Neil.
