We had a fantastic stay at this Nashville condo and couldn’t have asked for a better location or experience. Being so close to downtown made it easy to enjoy all the music, food, and energy the city has to offer, while still having a comfortable and quiet place to relax. The condo itself was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, but the real highlight was the rooftop deck—an amazing spot to unwind, take in the city views, and enjoy sunsets after a full day out. We also loved the large sectional couch where we could all gather throughout our stay. It could use a fresh coat of paint throughout, just from normal wear and tear; however, all the bedding and furniture were top-notch. Everything was convenient, comfortable, and welcoming, and we would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville.

Convenient to Broadway

The property was nice, spacious and convenient to Broadway. However, neither grill’s starters worked so you need a grill lighter to be able to use it, and a remote was missing from the tv. No solution was provided

College Reunion

Location was close to all the sites. House was as pictured and nice roof top deck. Loved having the garage. 3 stories so steps. Bathrooms where big and good showers. Communication was great. Would stay again.

Good space

The property was in a convenient location. There were four of us and it was definitely nice that we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. It had all the basic necessities but attention to detail could have been a little better. Overall it was a fine place to stay.

Perfect, comfortably provided space for everyone to sleep and get ready. Fully stocked kitchen that allowed us to prep a big breakfast, comfy couch for chill time. Plenty of parking, close enough to uber back and forth to Broadway. Definitely using this home for future gatherings!

Fantastic Property!

We came to Nashville with the family. It was the perfect location and perfect place for us! The rooftop outdoor area was so awesome! The only thing that would have made things even better is a little more seating/tables on the rooftop. And also TV's in all the bedrooms. But, those are just little things. We would TOTALLY stay here again!

Great place - fit 11friends/family for a 21st bday celebration during CMA Fan Fest. Cute rooftop. Flyer for sprinter van to music row for $5 each (life saver). Perfect for large groups or younger people who cannot afford to stay downtown. Super clean too!

Spring Break

We really enjoyed the property. We were a party of nine, and we spent our evenings making dinner and hanging out on the couches after long days touring in the city. The location was great. We found it easy to get to Broadway, the Opryland hotel, a Nashville predators, hockey game, and other events.

Lots of room but needs some TLC

Great place for 9 adults coming to visit Nashville, however the location is right beside a busy fire hall with fire tones and sirens going off all the time. It is also right in the helicopter flight path to the hospital so loud helicopters flying by all the time. All the walls are all covered in black marks and dents and dings and the whole home could use a good “tune up” if they are billing it as a luxury property it should be cared for like a luxury property. The online photos make the property look a lot nicer than it is in reality with minimal amenities, and furniture. The company was great to deal with and no issues with booking the property, check in or check out or any other processes.

Family trip to Nashville

We came to Nashville for the weekend with family and friends. Had a great stay at our VRBO. Quick Lyft ride to all of the places we wanted to go. Place was clean and well stocked. Highly recommend.
