Excellent location and fantastic home! We were in town for our daughter's pinning ceremony at Vanderbilt and it was wonderful to have this home within walking distance of Vandy, Belmont, shops, and lots of restaurant options. Kroger grocery store is 5 min drive. All of the Nashville favorites are a short drive 5-15 minutes. Loved having the different floors as we had some early risers and some night owls so everyone had a space to go without disturbing the others. House comes with starter stuff for kitchen and it was handy the grocery store was so close. House is as shown in the pictures, was very clean and in great shape. We were grateful for street parking permits as the parking spot was tight (but manageable) for the mini van we rented. Communication from host was fantastic. Easy check-in/check-out. We are sad we didn't find this home sooner for our many visits to Nashville prior and should we find ourselves back in town we will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend this fun and amazing home!

Great property in a great location

Property was very clean with everything we needed. The location was great with easy Uber travel to downtown. Everything was outstanding. Highly recommended for groups of friends.

Beautiful home with exceptional finishing touches

Plenty of room for our family, fun space upstairs for our teenagers, patio furniture too dirty to enjoy the patio area but everything else was great, tons of extra linens and nicest dishes and silverware not often found at a rental, such a nice surprise, decorated beautifully for Christmas, highly recommend

Nash Bash

The condo was perfect for all us! We had 10 people in our group and plenty of space and bathrooms. It looked exactly like the listing and Christy was very responsive if I had questions. Would definitely use again.

Great time in Nashville!

Our family had a great time at the Vrbo! It was nice and clean, had all the appliances we needed and was a great location as there were numerous eating places in easy walking distance. And Christy was an excellent host, she always responded promptly to texts or emails. Staying there was a delightful time for our family!

Weekend in Nash

Property was beautiful! Pictures in listing are accurate. Location was great...short cab ride to downtown and Music Row was an easy walk. All beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Host was responsive to any inquires that we had. Great overall experience!

Birthday Celebration

OMG! We had the BEST TIME in Nashville this weekend celebrating my son’s 21st Birthday! I cannot say enough about how Great the “Good as Gold” house is. The location and the home was wonderful! I would highly recommend this property, it is in a GREAT location. You can walk to many restaurants in the area, whether it is an Upscale steakhouse, a sports bars, an ice cream shop or a breakfast spot, it is all right there! GREAT house, GREAT location, GREAT time!!!

Excellent listing

This is a very comfortable and well appointed property with a ton of space. The living space, bathrooms and bedrooms are all spacious and are stocked to meet your every need. We brought our 4 children plus our son's fiancé and everyone slept comfortably and moved about easily. It's very conveniently located within walking distance of Hillsboro Village, a destination loaded with great shopping and eateries. It also includes a covered parking spot which makes getting on and off of the property safe and effortless. I highly recommend it. It's now our favorite VRBO in Nashville.

Perfect Retreat in the Heart of Nashville

We really loved the location of this rental; it was within walking distance to some good restaurants and cute shops, and just a quick uber ride to Downtown. The condo is in perfect condition and really decorated nice. It had everything we needed. The quality of everything was really good as well. Would recommend.

Reunion Nash Bash - 50 and over

I cant say enough good things about this place! We have been to Nashville many times and this is by far the nicest and most comfortable place we have stayed! We were 9 adults and every bedroom has the most comfortable beds, bedding etc. The kitchen has all that you need, more than most places. The description and what is included is exactly spot on! All the details are there between the kitchen, the bathrooms and the living areas. Enough towels, extra blankets and pillows. The entire place is spotless and well cared for! Not to mention the decor is the best! Fun, bright, lots of windows and lots of room to relax as a big group! It was important to us to have a dining table and living area for all of us to be together! Location is prefect and parking spaces are key! Dealing with Christy was the best! A must 5 star review! They are doing the VRBO thing right!

Girls weekend

We came with 4 friends for the Nashville Antique and Garden Show, which we attend every year. This rental was the best we have ever had. The neighborhood was safe with plenty to do within walking distance. Everyone commented on how great the condo was.

Thanksgiving gathering

We met our college age children in Nashville and had a wonderful time in Good as Gold. House is great location, super clean, comfy for large family ( we are 5) and felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Perfect Nashville row house for 4 couples

50 birthday celebration

Booked the property to celebrate my 50th birthday. We had 4 couples and the unit could not have been better. Easy access to get to, easy walking to food and shopping. If there was a number I could give higher than 10 I would. This will be my number 1 check for all future trips to Nashville. Thank you so much Christy!

Beautifully Decorated

We had a great time staying there. As I said above in the title, it is beautifully decorated, has a well supplied kitchen and it's in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to Broadway area. There are a lot of stairs so be prepared for that as the owner mentioned in their description. It has a carport not a garage but it was easy to get in and out of with a van. Definitely would stay there again
