We stayed at this rental home in Nashville over the Fourth of July and had an incredible experience. The house was beautiful, spacious, and in the perfect location—close to everything yet peaceful and private. We were two families and had more than enough room for everyone to relax comfortably.The highlight was definitely the pool—it was clean, well-maintained, and a great place to unwind after exploring the city. Shaun is a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and clearly takes pride in making sure guests have a great stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville!

Wonderful Stay in Nashville!

We had an incredible experience staying at this beautiful home in Nashville! From the moment we booked, the communication with the property owner was top-notch—quick responses, thoughtful check-in instructions, and genuinely helpful recommendations that made our trip even better.The house itself was stunning—exactly as pictured and even more charming in person. Every room was spotless, stylishly decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The amenities were fantastic: a spacious kitchen perfect for cooking and gathering, comfortable beds with high-quality linens, a cozy living area, and a lovely outdoor space that was ideal for morning coffee or evening wind-downs.The attention to detail really made it feel like a home away from home. We could tell the hosts put a lot of care into creating a welcoming, relaxing environment for their guests. I would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Nashville and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable getaway.You will need to Uber/Lyft to Broadway but it's only a short 10min or less trip. We were aware of that when booking and so had those expectations set.Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Stylish, Comfortable, and Convenient

We had a fantastic stay at The Savant! The house was beautiful—thoughtfully decorated and perfectly on theme, making it feel extra special. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and easy stay. The location was also ideal—tucked in a quiet area but still just a short drive or ride into downtown. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great spot in Nashville!

Our stay here was so fun! The fact that there are king beds in each room is amazing. And we loved the big dining room table for our whole family to sit at together for meals and games. There were a few cleanliness issues (mold at the bottom of shower curtains, dishes that needed re-cleaned before using) and we didn't love that there were TVs in every single room but otherwise, this is an amazing place to stay!

Great location!

I stayed with 4 friends of mine for a girls long get away weekend. We loved it! It is a beautiful home with great amenities! If we had a question the host was quick to respond via the online messaging portal. There was plenty of space for all of us and we each said that we would recommend the house to any one who asks us about where to stay in Nashville. The host even has doughnuts delivered to us the first morning we weee at the house. 10 out of 10 all around!

The property is as shown on the rental site. I gave the check in a 4 because the instructions weren’t as clear as I needed, however, I reached out to the property and they responded immediately. I felt safe the entire stay. Nice place for a group gathering and close to everything. I’d definitely stay here if/when I visit Nashville again. (I live on the West Coast so it’s quite the distance)
