The location was perfect for a short Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway. The kitchen was perfect and the laundry service was convenient in a pinch. Be ready for a workout with the stairs as it is three levels. Appreciated the hosts quick response on a coffee maker issue. We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for taking care my wife and daughters. They had a great girls trip!!

Property was clean, comfortable, and close to the activities and restaurants we had scheduled for our Nashville visit. There were 3 couples on this trip, so each bedroom having their our bathroom was perfect. Having a washer & dryer was also a big plus. We had our our transportation and were happy to have a two-car, attached garage. Would gladly stay here again!

A lot of personality. Decorated perfectly It was very spacious and comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 6 Also very clean and everything you would need for your stay. Approx 10 minute uber ride to Broadway and other amenities and a great little coffee shop approx 1/2 mile away.Thank you to Kevin for prompt answers and help!! We look forward to staying next time!

House was good, and everything as described. We had a nice visit to Nashville. The house seems to be showing its age/use. Management was responsive with questions. Location was great.

Fun at Nashvilla

Nashvilla was exactly as described. We had a tiny issue getting into the villa, but we texted and the issue was corrected immediately. It worked perfectly for us while we were at home in Nashville for a family wedding. It was very conveniently located and I loved having a garage. We would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay and spaciousness of this property. We had 10 adults and we were able yo stay comfortably. Property management was responsive to our concerns and took care of things. I would recommend this property.

Clean, bright, quiet

Our stay worked out fine and the contact person for management was very responsive even though we got off to a rough start. The listing “sleeps 12” but 3 bedrooms instead of 4. I read one room with 2 double beds and thought this was a 4th bedroom but it was an alcove inside front door with 2 small pull out sectionals—no privacy. It worked ok for 2 teenagers but we had to call for linens and pillows to make actual beds, which arrived promptly. We had to rent another unit at last minute to accommodate our group so this was inconvenient and split up out group. Also be advised, one of the beds is a pull out sofa and is in the kitchen seating area. There’s not really a living room. This was not clear on listing and could work for some groups, but our group had a few couples that needed privacy. Might be ok with 3 couples and several kids but not 4 couples. The home was clean and kitchen was well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood safe.

A great stay!

We came to Nashville for a friend’s weekend and Nash-villa was the perfect spot. Comfortable beds, well stocked, tastefully decorated. A great property. Side note: if you have anything delivered make sure to have it handed to you. We had something delivered and it was stolen before we could get it. Definitely not the host’s issue.

Knitters getaway

My knitting group got together for the Nashville Yarn Fest. This house was perfect. Close enough to downtown without the noise and traffic. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for six women. And lots of stairs to work off all the good food we ate!

Friends 1st Time to Nashville

Nashvilla was absolutely perfect for our group of 6. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, and only a short Uber ride to the top Nashville atractions. We had an amzing time and will definitely look to book this unit again for a future visit!
