It is not 2 minutes to Broadway! The house was dirty and in a terrible neighborhood. The host was nice and answered any concerns we had. I think the listing needs to be updated because it is not new!

House was clean, with lots of room for our group of 10. Provided coffee and snacks were a nice touch. The host Marleez was very responsive and accommodating. The house was not really walkable to Broadway, so we used Uber or Lyft. Like others have said, the neighborhood is a little questionable, but we did not feel unsafe. Would definitely stay again.
