The Space:

Gulch Double gives your group two complete homes side by side, booked through VRBO as one reservation. Every bedroom, kitchen, and rooftop belongs to your group alone, with no shared spaces and no strangers next door, which makes this a good fit for multi-family trips and longer stays.



Home 1 stacks a private primary suite on its second floor with a king bed, then a queen room and a bunk room with two full beds and two single beds one floor up, so one family or friend group can spread across three stories without tripping over each other.



Next door, Home 2 sleeps even more across its own three floors: a king plus three single beds on the second level, then a room with two double beds and two single beds and a queen-and-double room on the third, giving late arrivals and early risers their own corner to land in.



Spend the afternoon exploring Hillsboro Village and Belmont Mansion, catch the sunset from either rooftop deck, fire up the grill for dinner, and let both homes empty out for the night once everyone's ready to crash in front of a Smart TV.
