This property was a complete disaster and nothing like advertised. It’s marketed as a “mansion,” but it’s actually three separate apartments in one building — a major misrepresentation.The unit was filthy (urine on the toilet, dirty appliances, stained furniture, bedding and towels stained, hair on pillows). We had to buy our own towels and bedding because the provided ones were unusable.Even worse, the home was unsafe: exposed burning wires (fire department responded), non-functioning HVAC, painted-shut windows, and a toilet that didn’t flush. The host even gave our door code to a technician without permission.The host agreed to meet us the next morning, then never showed up. When questioned, he was dismissive and acted as if we were making everything up.We had to leave immediately and pay for a hotel due to the unlivable conditions. We have extensive documentation.This property is unsafe, misleading, and unacceptable. We are demanding a full refund.
