Located on the ground floor of a luxurious gated apartment building in the beautiful neighborhood of Germantown. It`s walkable streets of are lined with lush greenery and historic homes, creating a welcoming and picturesque neighborhood.
Close enough for a 5min Uber/10min scooter/25min walk to Broadway, but is far enough away from Broadway to enjoy a tranquil, peaceful, cozy night in.

The gated apartment complex takes up an entire block, so there are multiple streets, addresses, and entrances. Because of this it can sometimes be confusing.
Before you check in, we will provide access instructions:
- Address to put into your GPS
- Detailed Map of Complex, Parking Lot, Entrances and surrounding streets
- Code to the apartment complex Entrances (there are two: a Glass Door, and a Pedestrian Gate)
- Code to the Electric Lock (to access apartment - this changes with every reservation for security purposes)
- How to access the FREE private parking lot via Key Fob
Please use the entire space and the amenities in the apartment complex to your heart`s content!
We are available via the Airbnb app 10am-7pm and will respond to messages immediately, typically within a few minutes.
Outside of those hours, one of our four cohosts will accommodate any immediate needs as soon as possible.
We have an amazing local co-host, Michelle, who lives a few minutes away for any emergencies or on-site needs.
If preferred, we always provide our direct cell # for call/text communication instead of the app. Just let us know!

- Please add pets to your stay if you are bringing one. We do not allow pets on beds or furniture.
**There will be a $200 charge for any pet caused damage to fixtures/furniture/linens**
- Please be mindful of the Key Fob to the gated private parking lot. There will be a $60 fee if it is missing or damaged. The next guest needs it too!
We are absolutely dedicated to providing you with an amazing experience. Please share any and all feedback, requests, or contact us with issues. PLEASE follow the Community Guidelines posted on the fridge. There are residents in this complex and failure to comply with the community rules can result in fines.
✦Noise✦ • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Please moderate noise—including television volume and conversations—especially later in the evening • There is a $100 Disturbance Fee (imposed by the apartment complex) that will be passed on to the guest if violated • Repeated noise disturbances may result in additional fines or eviction • Noise Monitors are in each unit
✦Trash✦ • Dispose of all trash in the dumpster by the parking lot gate • Bring your key fob with you so you can get back into the parking gate • Only put TIED BAGS in the dumpster • DO NOT use neighbors’ valet bins • DO NOT leave trash in hallways, balconies, or common areas • Violation of these guidelines will result in a fine imposed by the apartment complex of $100
✦Damage✦ • Units are screened for damage before each new arrival • Please report any damage or dissatisfaction the day of check in - we are very quick to accommodate and document • Damage fees imposed by Apartment Complex (Blinds, Shower, Toilet, Doors, etc) will be passed on to guests if not reported in advance
✦Local Guests✦ • Unfortunately we do not book to locals
✦Pets✦ • No shedding pets • Pets must be added to the reservation and will only be accepted with consensus approval from hosts • Pets must be leashed in common areas • Pet waste in common areas must be cleaned up immediately • Excessive barking or disruptive behavior is not permitted • Pets are not allowed on furniture, couches or beds • If furniture/linens are damaged by pets, we will impose a $200 damage fee • If there is evidence of pets on furniture (i.e. excessive hair on couch or bed), we will impose a $200 damage fee
✦Smoking✦ • Absolutely no smoking inside the apartment • $200 Fine imposed if violated • Noise Monitors have smoke detectors
✦Sink & Dishes✦ • Sink is adhered to the marble countertop, so do not overload the sink with dirty dishes • Put all dirty dishes directly in the dishwasher • Load and run the dishwasher prior to checkout • Improper use may incur additional repair charges
✦Key Fob✦ • There will be a $100 fee if Key Fob is missing or damaged - The next guest needs it too!
✦Early Check In✦ • Will be considered on a case by case basis • $25 Early Check in Fee • Earliest Check in: 2:00pm
✦Late Check Out✦ • Not allowed on day of check out • Please message us with inquiries and we will do our best to accommodate
✦Guests✦ • 5 Guest Maximum
✦Maintenance✦ • We have a fantastic on-site Maintenance Director • He can address most mechanical issues and quick domestic fixes (drains, Hvac, deadbolt, windows, etc) • Please report these immediately so we can address the issue as quickly as possible
