We had an excellent stay! The home was cute, clean and exactly what we needed for our long weekend in Nashville. I had one question for the property manager and they responded promptly, so great communication as well. The home is centrally located, short walking distance to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay. The rental was very quiet and peaceful, but walking distance to several shops and restaurants, as well as a park for our dog. The owners were easy to reach if we had any issues and we look forward to staying here again.

The unit was very spacious, clean, and newly renovated. The bed was comfortable as well and felt new. When we did have questions the hosts were easy to contact and timely in their response. We were on an extended work trip and this apartment and location made it much easier to feel comfortable and have a little feeling of home. We were very pleased with the whole property and would absolutely go back again.

Wonderful quiet location in Hillsboro Village

I had a great stay at Nomad. Check in process was very easy and the apartment was super clean. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the street was at night when sleeping! Plenty of towels and a nice clean shower! Kitchen had all necessary items but I didn’t use it while I was there so not entirely sure.

Great place to stay…

…if you know your way around Nashville already. I stayed here when I was in town for a graduation. As someone who lived here for over a decade and did not want to be anywhere near the major tourists areas (downtown, the Gultch), this location was perfect. Steps away from the shopping strip on 21st Ave and free parking! My only small gripe is that the instructions to get into the building weren’t that clear. It said to enter on the poolside when there’s no pool on the property. Also I wish all of the front doors were labeled so I know which door to enter to get to my unit. And also the walls are thin. So you might get some surprise spring sounds from the other side of the wall at 2am like I did one night LOLOL

Very clean, speak to the local team rather than through VRBO

This place was brand new and impeccably clean and in a great walkable neighborhood. Unfortunately they didn't have bedding for the pull out bed, I had to request it four times before they sent me it. There were little things missing everywhere, and no wifi information, and it took them four tries before they got the wifi info right. It seemed like they were using a customer support service that was augmented with AI and had people that had no information so it was very aggregating and one of the people travelling with us wasn't able to sleep there the first night because of lack of bedding. They did not give a discount when I told them this. So customer support was very poor until the local manager texted me and then they got all the missing stuff delivered, and they provided a coffee gift certificate as an apology. I would have preferred a one night refund, but that's not how they operate.
