Located just a few blocks south of downtown Nashville, the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood, affectionately called WeHo by locals, has become one of the hottest areas in the city.

The factories and converted warehouses in WeHo are home to some of Nashville’s most artistic endeavors, and musicians make it home its dining and cocktail scene make it a bustling place for a Friday or Saturday night.

With Music City’s ever-changing landscape, visiting can feel like discovering a hidden gem for the very first time. We are one of Nashville's neighborhoods to fall in love with !!

Hi we are so excited to host your stay , you will have the whole building when you rent it to host you and your friends . If you are renting it for a meeting we can shut off the upstairs sleeping area and you use the living dinning and kitchen and outside area.

Our home away from home has a modern industrial vibe with a nod to a speakeasy Bougie Squirrel big smile. There are three-bedrooms, one with a King size bed , the other with 2 queen size beds and the last with 1 king . We have 2 large living areas each is equipped with a smart TV with streaming services,
There is a full bathroom with double vanity, a walk in shower and separate tub. for the upstairs bedroom .
The downstairs room has a stand up shower and double sink and the washer and dryer in one bathroom and an additional smaller shower with a single sink and toilet off the kitchen area making it have 3 full bathrooms.
We also have an outdoor patio for our guests to enjoy with a fire pit and grill putting green and other games.
There are free designated parking spaces. right outside the door.

We are located in an urban area of Nashville 2 miles from Geodis park 3.5 Miles from Broadway and the Ryman. You can use Uber , Lyft , Hop on Hop off Trolly Taxi .

We are in close proximity to the interstates this makes getting to your home away from home and exploring the city easy.
Restaurant options are plentiful in every direction. Nearby Nolensville Pike has an abundance of great International cuisines. Berry Hill, 8th Avenue, Wedgewood Houston and 12 South neighborhoods are all nearby with great food, shopping, live music and nightlife.
We are also the best space in Nashville to host a corporate meeting, intimate celebration, workshop, photo/video shoot, we have it all!
Event booking no sleeping is different you may book a few hours or a day during the week . .
When you book with us, you’ll gain access to a variety of the amenities full kitchen, including coffee and tea, filtered sparkling and still water. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages allowed All alcohol MUST be served by someone with an ABC license, per TN state regulations. This can be you, a friend, or a hired vendor; and we can recommend some people for this if you need. We can talk about your event or situation .
There is a 2 hour minimum for evenings M-F and a 4 hour minimum all day on Saturday-Sunday*
Please inform us of any deliveries you expect during the duration of the rental.
All rentals must have a sober and available Point of Contact on site at the event for the entire event.
Please note that children are allowed in our space, but our space is not made for children. Please bring space appropriate toys for your children and be prepared to take care of any damages caused by them.

No smoking in building
No pets except for service dogs
