When we first got there the Alarm kept going off and we had no way of contacting the owner to disarm the alarm. We called an emergency number listed in the book at the house and left a message. We received a text back that said they disarmed it from their end; and the housekeeper must have set it when she left. Shortly after the police arrived and we had to show them our paperwork proving that we rented it. They warned us that it was not a safe neighborhood and said that we were two blocks away from the projects and that we shouldn't be outside at night. Not a good first impression the walls were super thin, we heard the people next door all night and it kept some of us awake, at one point I thought someone was smoking pot in our unit because it seeped through the walls so badly. The property was fairly new, but some of the furniture was old and dirty. I think my over all issue was that it wasn't very clean. They charge for a cleaning service; however, it was obvious that they don't take the time to actually clean. I went to plug my phone in next to the bed and the nightstand was dusty and sticky. The soap dispensers in the bathroom had green mold around them, the bath matt was dirty, just small touches of gross in each room. They only gave 6 towels no extra towels, and you only get two garbage bags. It was ok to stay this time, but I don't know what it will be like for guests as the property gets older and things get more worn.

Music City Must

Townhouse was as advertised, 3 stories, 3 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms. Very comfortable living area. Well appointed kitchen, pans could have been better. Keurig with plenty of coffee, was a nice touch. Beds were comfortably hard for me, my wife prefers softer, but they were all nice. Overall a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway.

Great Nashville Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Nashville. The accommodations at the Johnny and June condo were excellent! The beds were comfortable, something we want for sure when we’re away from home. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils to make breakfast, which was a huge plus. It was an all around great place to stay for a weekend getaway to Nashville!

Cute Condo!

We loved our stay in this condo! It is decorated very nicely and has everything you need. It is a short distance to the fun on Broadway. The property manager is very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

Great Stay - Great Price

This was a beautiful rental and we were so impressed. Very clean, easy instructions for entry and the house was stocked with everything we may need! Felt very safe and secure. This is a property with many rentals in the same complex and was somewhat loud at night but nothing I wouldn't expect in Nashville. Fairly close to Broadway/Downtown...around 10-15 minute drive.

NYE Getaway

This property was top notch, however, it wasn't in the best neighborhood. I never felt unsafe though. The property itself was immaculate, and had everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was great. The beds were a little too firm for our likings, maybe some pillow top mattress covers would help. Overall, we had a fabulous time, and would stay here again.

Beautiful Place in Transitional Neighborhood

We were 3 couples on a long weekend trip to Nashville. The property is gorgeous and was well suited to our group with 3 well separated bedrooms each with their own full bath. Everything was very clean and felt brand new. The only caution I would provide is that the neighborhood is “in transition”. We never felt unsafe, but almost all Uber drivers commented on our being in a neighborhood with a bad reputation. As a result, we never left the condo property to walk around and there isn’t much you would walk to (convenience store, coffee shop, bar). The good news is downtown Nashville is an easy Uber ride away, and Uber will pick you up inside the condo property. Overall, despite the neighborhood, we would stay here again. The property Itself is that nice!
