My stay at Merry Melrose wasn't great. While the condo was clean and nicely situated next to Publix, we had a couple of problems.1. The condo is really hard to find with the instructions provided (especially at night). The driveway is between two businesses and the entrance is in the back. It appears the instructions on the website were just a typeform. Easy fix to explain where the driveway is and how to navigate to the back.2. There was dirty laundry in the washing machine3. We had a strobing light in the kitchen. Maintenance did come and fix it the next morning.4. There is a fire panel right outside the master bedroom. I really don't know what it does but it goes on and off all night and is really loud. It is outside and must do something for the entire building. But it woke us up many times throughout my stay.The property manager GoodNight Stay were very nice (I think they manage all of the units in the building) but hard to get personalized service since the owner isn't involved.

Great stay!

The apartment was just as described- very clean & comfortable! Good area of town and an easy location for uber/lyfts. We definitely could have used additional toilet paper & towels as a larger group staying for more than a couple days. I’d also recommend another mirror, specifically a full length, as the only mirror was in the bathroom. Overall a great stay and would stay agin!

Family vacation

The location was hard to find in the dark and the directions given by the rental firm was very vague. You could tell it was generic fill in the gap directions for all their properties . Family trip to Nashville

We loved this location! Excellent proximity to 12 south neighborhood and downtown. I liked that the grocery store was right across the street. One thing specific to us that was a concern was the top bunk bed had no railing at all. My 6 year old slept up there and we had to stack pillows under the fitted sheet to make sure she couldn’t roll out. Otherwise a beautiful and cozy place to stay!

Great, cute apartment!

We stayed here for a girls trip and had a great time! One thing that was missing was that there were not a ton of mirrors (not even one full-body mirror). Super easy fix. Besides that great experience, ubers were cheap to broadway, and walking distance to some great shops and restaurants. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Good for what we needed

We stayed at this property while visiting someone attending Belmont U. It was very clean and only a mile from campus. Price/value very good. Layout was a little challenging for navigating bathroom use. Only bathroom is in main bedroom. If you’re not all family staying together it’s a little awkward. If you are a light sleeper this property may be challenging, as there is a pump of some sort for the A/C right outside the main bedroom and it is very loud. Some nights of sleeping were better than others. Neighborhood is decent with a Publix, restaurants and coffee shop nearby. Hattie B’s is on the corner. It definitely worked for what we needed. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

Very nice place!

Stayed with my husband here for my son's graduation. Just as pictured. Clean and comfy. Safe neighborhood. Walking distance to groceries and restaurants. Would rent again.

Perfect getaway

Very relaxing after a long day out, quick walks to Publix, Hattie Bs and a liquor store. And short Uber rides to every place we wanted to go. Spent time in Midtown, Gulch, and down on Broadway. Would definitely stay again. I didn't realize the private deck would be shared with all the apartments and on roof top...so lots of stairs! Other then that we had plenty of room and had everything we needed.
