NASHVILLE SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT (STRP) #201541707 - Make sure wherever you stay has one!   They might be shut down by Nashville codes and your reservation cancelled if they do not.  MUST READ:  Nashville codes also does not allow properties to advertise for more than 12 guests.  If you find a rental advertising on VRBO/Airbnb for more than 12 guests it is operating in violation of codes and will lose STRP permit/get shut down and you will not having a place to stay.  Happy to answer any questions regarding this as it is super important to Nashville visitors.
