Beautiful little house in great location in East Nashville. Convenient to the things that matter to most Nashville visitors. There are moderately train tracks behind the house and construction all around but that didn’t bother us. Great stay at very clean and comfortable place.

The house was very cute and well kept, the host really has thought of everything someone might need while there. The location was perfect for us not to far from downtown. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and there is pretty of stores and food places nearby.

Nashville Dream Come True!

This trip was planned for a 73 year old gentleman that has Cerbral Palsey. It was his dream to go to Nashville. Once, i explained to Paige my needs for the trip, she was wonderful to work with gave suggestions on how best to see Nashville. The home was beautiful and equipped with everything you could need and everything was just a quick drive away. Thank you for helping make this trip memorable!

Great little home in a good location in town

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this home. We all agreed the location was in a pretty good spot. The surrounding area isn't too crowded but is close enough to many of the areas we were visiting. Communication with the host was very fast and the information they provided us was easily understood. The home was stocked with everything we needed and the furnishings were up to date. The only thing to consider is if you're a light sleeper, the backyard is close to an active railway. While the noise generated from passing trains is not earth shaking it may wake up a light sleeper. Overall this was a great little home and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect little house

This property was as described. It had all the essentials needed. Beds were comfortable. Just a short Uber/Lyft ride to downtown, about 10 mins. We stayed Monday to Friday. Quiet neighborhood. Paige was great about communicating with us. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay and location!

Such a cute and cozy home. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. We had a family of 5 here for an 7 day stay. It worked perfectly. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. We came for a sports tournament and we played in Hendersonville which was not far from the area. Not far from downtown Nashville either! We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect!

This is the PERFECT little house! In and out of downtown in minutes. Close to grocery stores. Meticulously kept. There were five of us and plenty of space, never felt crowded. Neighborhood is adorable. Host was easy to communicate with. Zero complaints! Thanks, Paige!

Amazing stay!

I stayed here for 4 days with my family and it was perfect. It was spacious enough for the 5 of us. The beds were all super comfortable. We had no problem with the climate control. We used the Keurig machine to make our coffee every morning. We had went to the supermarket and picked up some groceries. The refrigerator works great and kept all of our drinks super cold. All the appliances we needed, they had available for us. I was able to wash and dry our clothes before leaving without any issues. Any time I reached out to the host, the response was always quick, which was greatly appreciated. The location was great and wasn't too close or too far to all the places we visited. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Nashville.

Great option for a larger family

A terrific option for the six of us. We loved the trundle beds. Awesome to have a place where every kid could have their own bed and the couch could be used as a couch! Close to multiple grocery and convenience stores. Very happy with our stay.

Great experience! House is in great neighborhood with lots of beautiful trees and quiet, friendly neighbors. Quick & easy access to downtown, Opryland, grocery stores, etc. from here.

Great stay in East Nashville

Lovely neighbourhood with friendly neighbours. House was just perfect for our family group and we used the lovely outside space for meals. Pay attention to the entry requirements before arrival- code for door AND security system! Mattresses were super comfortable, shower was great, seating was just right! Would definitely stay again. (check out the Tower Deli for breakfast or lunch!!)

Very nice and cute house.

Very nice property. Was clean, quaint and comfortable. Would suggest making it more clear up front that alarm must be deactivated upon arrival. I felt like that instruction was somewhat hidden in the guidebook.

The house was clean, well organized and the kitchen was well stocked.

The house was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean and organized. The property manager thought of everything we may need. Check in and check out was a very easy process and communication was amazing. I would highly recommend this property.
