This trip was planned for a 73 year old gentleman that has Cerbral Palsey. It was his dream to go to Nashville. Once, i explained to Paige my needs for the trip, she was wonderful to work with gave suggestions on how best to see Nashville. The home was beautiful and equipped with everything you could need and everything was just a quick drive away. Thank you for helping make this trip memorable!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this home. We all agreed the location was in a pretty good spot. The surrounding area isn't too crowded but is close enough to many of the areas we were visiting. Communication with the host was very fast and the information they provided us was easily understood. The home was stocked with everything we needed and the furnishings were up to date. The only thing to consider is if you're a light sleeper, the backyard is close to an active railway. While the noise generated from passing trains is not earth shaking it may wake up a light sleeper. Overall this was a great little home and we would definitely stay here again.

This property was as described. It had all the essentials needed. Beds were comfortable. Just a short Uber/Lyft ride to downtown, about 10 mins. We stayed Monday to Friday. Quiet neighborhood. Paige was great about communicating with us. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a cute and cozy home. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. We had a family of 5 here for an 7 day stay. It worked perfectly. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. We came for a sports tournament and we played in Hendersonville which was not far from the area. Not far from downtown Nashville either! We really enjoyed our stay!

This is the PERFECT little house! In and out of downtown in minutes. Close to grocery stores. Meticulously kept. There were five of us and plenty of space, never felt crowded. Neighborhood is adorable. Host was easy to communicate with. Zero complaints! Thanks, Paige!

I stayed here for 4 days with my family and it was perfect. It was spacious enough for the 5 of us. The beds were all super comfortable. We had no problem with the climate control. We used the Keurig machine to make our coffee every morning. We had went to the supermarket and picked up some groceries. The refrigerator works great and kept all of our drinks super cold. All the appliances we needed, they had available for us. I was able to wash and dry our clothes before leaving without any issues. Any time I reached out to the host, the response was always quick, which was greatly appreciated. The location was great and wasn't too close or too far to all the places we visited. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Nashville.

A terrific option for the six of us. We loved the trundle beds. Awesome to have a place where every kid could have their own bed and the couch could be used as a couch! Close to multiple grocery and convenience stores. Very happy with our stay.

Lovely neighbourhood with friendly neighbours. House was just perfect for our family group and we used the lovely outside space for meals. Pay attention to the entry requirements before arrival- code for door AND security system! Mattresses were super comfortable, shower was great, seating was just right! Would definitely stay again. (check out the Tower Deli for breakfast or lunch!!)

Very nice property. Was clean, quaint and comfortable. Would suggest making it more clear up front that alarm must be deactivated upon arrival. I felt like that instruction was somewhat hidden in the guidebook.

Such a wonderful property with a great Nashville rich theme. Everything was so cosy and they thought of everything- everything was so simple to find and use. The backyard was gorgeous and our kids had a blast playing back there. Communication was wonderful and they made check in and out a breeze. We’ve never stayed in or near Nashville before so East Nashville looked a little rough initially but we learned quickly, it was super safe and comfortable. And nearly everything can be delivered to this location so coffee, hot meals, groceries, personal items, and many other necessities were available within a short distance and delivery.

I can’t say enough good about this rental. Paige was by far the BEST I’ve ever rented from. She ALWYAYS responded quickly if we had any questions about the rental . The home was perfect for our family of 5.. The small extras in the home were very nice touches: sound machines in bedrooms, games for entertainment, and plenty of paper products. It was extremely clean and neat, had comfortable beds, and in a great location. It was just a short 10 minute drive to downtown but also allowed a quiet relaxing location in town. We had the best vacation and plan to definitely return! You won’t go wrong with this rental!!
