Place was great! Very modern and clean with plenty of room. Only thing is garage isn't enclosed and open on sides. Very narrow pulling in and out. If you are in door "D" there is a concrete wall on driver's side and barely any room to open door.

Great place close to everything!

We had four adults and four teenagers here and it was perfect. Beautiful condo with four bedrooms and four bathrooms gave us the space we needed. We were a short ride from Broadway and within walking distance to many famous restaurants such as The Pharmacy and Mas Taco to name a few. The area is growing with many new condos being constructed. We enjoyed the rooftop but it could use a little TLC. Overall great place, would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Birthday celebration

This condo was absolutely perfecf fpr our group of 10 - everyone had a comfy bed and bathrooms in each bedroom were an added bonus. The roof top patio was awesome. Cannot say enough about this rental - will definitely stay again when in nashville !!

Great

We had a great time. It was to celebrate my son and new daughter-in-law‘s wedding. We had all age ranges staying. It was perfect for that. The only thing I would suggest is that you put more bowls and platters or something so that if you were cooking, you would have something to serve with.

Nashville trip august 2024

Place was in a very safe area. Location was nice if visiting Nissan stadium. Ubers were easy to get. The cost to Broadway varied from 7- 18 dollars same for return trip. The place was comfortable had four nice size bedrooms. Only two complaints the place was sparsely furnished. Bedrooms has bed and end tables no dressers. The living room had one couch. Was difficult for our party of 10 to watch tv together. Eating was even more difficult as no table only 4 seats at the island. Place would work well for a quick weekend if planning on spending your time out in town and not eating or doing much socializing inside. The rooftop was nice. Overall place worked just not super comfortable for larger groups.

Girls weekend

We had a great experience at this property! It was very spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Four bathrooms and showers for seven women was great! Also we never ran out of hot water in the shower! That was a huge bonus! Definitely would stay here again!

We had 4 families (10 total people) in the house with 3 kids. There was Plenty of room to spread out, relax, have the kids play, and get ready For a family wedding.

Nashville Trip

Overall a good experience! My one complaint is the queen mattress in the second master was not the best. It had a dip in the middle that my husband & I kept rolling into during the night. It made sleeping difficult. The house was beautiful very spacious we had plenty of room for all 11 of us. I wish I had a better description of the location before booking because we were further away from downtown than I thought we would be. But the Ubers were plentiful and it wasn’t far drive. I would definitely recommend to anyone going to Nashville with a large group!

Large family gathering

Everything was clean, updated. Plenty of room - large bedrooms and bathrooms. Property manager was responsive - easy to get a late check out. Only negative was that we came in January when it was very cold and we had snowy/rainy weather. The sidewalk was very icy and unsafe and not taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here, especially with a large group. We had a group of 11 adults and this property accommodated us well.

Perfect for us

We loved this townhouse and the location was perfect for us. We did have a rental car, so the garage stall was very nice to have. We visited Downtown, the Grand Ole Opry, the Country Music Hall of Fame, as well as Nissan Stadium and the Vanderbilt campus. We felt the property was centrally located for all of our planned outings.
