Great quick getaway

This condo is in a great location. Downtown Nashville is just a short drive. The condo was roomy and clean! We loved having access to the carport along with an extra space to park a second car. There is an issue with the lights blinking on during the middle of the night, most notably with the main floor bedroom (happened 4 times one night). You can walk to a delicious Mexican restaurant. Uber is very easy to use too. We would definitely come back.

Family Time

We are a family of three couples (one with a baby) and one single person. Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Very nice place. Well decorated and open area for all to be together as we were snowbound. Communication was good, but really not much was needed as instructions were very straight forward. Nice to have streaming options available as we were snowbound. King mattress was fine, but all the other mattresses were that memory foam type and were a little firm for most of us. A few pots were likely washed in the dishwasher and put away still dirty so that was ick. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful rental

Overall we were very impressed with the home. Great location near Broadway, the stadium and great restaurants. The home was big and inviting and had comfortable beds, plenty of towels and nice decor. I would definitely recommend staying here. One thing, mentioned in several reviews, if you use the ceiling fans while sleeping, the lights turn on randomly and the fan will also shut off randomly. It’s unnerving to be woken up in the middle of the night with the fan light turning on (over and over). I’m not sure if it’s an electrical issue or all fans in the building being on the same frequency, but it was annoying. Otherwise, it’s a great property. It’s also nice to have the carport space and room for a second car.

Girls trip

The house was in the perfect location to the 5 points area, we were able to walk to the restaurants and bars with no issue or concern. One thing that we were surprised to learn was the heavy machines and jackhammering that would take place right out the back of the property and even on a Saturday morning starting at 8:30am and didn't stop for hours. Had we know that we would've found a different VRBO that wasn't so loud and we couldn't hear ourselves talk. The property itself was clean and cute decor.

Amazing Home for a Group Trip!

This home on Myrtle was so perfect for our group! It was conveniently located to some cool places in East Nashville, but also really easy to get to places on Broadway. We loved how cozy it was and had everything we needed!

Great Stay!

Condo was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for a multigenerational family and friends trip. The spacing of the bedrooms and having four bathrooms gave everyone plenty of privacy. The coffee and wine were appreciated and a nice unexpected touch. It was in an excellent residential location away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway, but yet it was an easy Uber ride away. Loved having ample restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

Not equipped for cooking, limited parking

The kitchen did not have a Keurig, as stated. The kitchen only had one very small saucepan, no bowls, and really no way to cook for a group of 4 or more, which was disappointing. The outside grounds were not well maintained and not mowed. The inside of the condo was generally ok, but pillows had tears in them and all of the ceiling fans stopped working one night. The next night they worked; I think there is an electrical problem there. Did not have a view of the city skyline as expected. Only 1 garage which seemed small to accommodate a condo that sleeps 12 people. Also, the "garage" had two open sides, so anyone could get in.

perfect for a group

The location was perfect, with quick rideshares or walking distance to restaurants/bars. Each toon having it's own bathroom is perfect for a group of people. The rooftop was the perfect way to enjoy some fresh air!

East Nashville

The property was fine, the beds were comfortable, the condo was clean. A couple of things would have made this better: The property sleeps 12, we had 10: There was not enough silverware for everyone - only 6 knives for example. There were NO serving bowls of any kind, so if you wanted to make a salad - forget it. There were ample towels, but only one towel rack in each bathroom - and no hooks - nowhere to hang clothes for after a shower. Just note - this is not a place to stay if you want to have meals at the condo and have several people. There is a bar counter in the kitchen/living room area which would be fine if you had 4 BUT there are only 3 bar stools. With the bar stools and the couch and 3 chairs - there is only seating for 9. One additional bar stool would have been nice. It is small - so no room for a dining room kind of table, which is difficult with a group of 10. Nothing that can be done about that - and we realized that when we booked. We were eating meals out, so that was OK. Just don't book planning on a large group having any main meals at the condo.

Nashville Wedding Week

My daughter got married on Friday of this past week, We checked in on Wed afternoon and had many activities downtown and around Nashville planned. The rental was just great, actually perfect for us. 4 couples, with 4 bedrooms and our own bathrooms... PERFECT. I would definitely stay here again. Neighborhood seems to be on the upswing...
