* Security Cameras are on the exterior of the property for your protection and ours. Footage is held by a 3rd party and is only reviewed if there is reason. There are no cameras inside of the home.

• All properties are contactless checkin. All check-ins begin at 4 PM unless otherwise approved in writing. Edits made to an earlier time do not override this policy.

• Late arrivals after 8 PM are still welcome, but live assistance may be limited.

• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 3% processing fee. This does not apply to HVMB reservations.

• You may be asked to complete documentation such as a rental agreement or provide other information for Chady Property Management after booking reservation.

* Please do not re-stage or move any furniture during your stay to prevent damage and maintain the property’s condition.

Please note: The garage will be locked during your stay and is unavailable for guest use as it is used for storage. You can park 2 cars in the driveway and plenty of street parking directly in front of the home
