    The Neighborhood:

    Burrowed in the heart of East Nashville, this townhome offers a great starting point for your Nashville vacation. When you need a break from Downtown, take a stroll across the train tracks to Southern Grist Brewery, a local tap room with craft beer and artisinal food. Brand new across the street is Highland Yard, a complex with a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, cocktail bar, gym, and spa.



    The complex is located next to active train tracks. The train passes by a few times during the day and night.

    • Age: All guests must be 18 with the exception of children with their parents.

    • Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

    • Trash: Please place all trash in trash bags and place them in the trash can outside by garage.

    • Pets: Strictly a no-pet policy at home

    • Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.

    • Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

    • We look forward to hosting all of our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, with special attention given to high-touch areas. We use commercial-grade antimicrobial agents and ensure that bed sheets and bath towels are professionally laundered between each guest stay.

    • However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee that our properties are 'completely sterile' or 'COVID-free,' just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.

    • We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations.

    • We understand that last-minute cancellations can be challenging for guests who choose not to purchase travel insurance. However, we must uphold our owners' cancellation policies to protect their primary source of income and maintain their properties in business. Please book responsibly, and we appreciate your understanding.

Most everything was nice. One bedroom had dirty bedding on the bed and dirty towels in the closet. WiFi never worked. The owners were easy to contact and responded right away.

The place looks exactly like pictures. Super quick uber ride to downtown. Cleanliness was amazing and was perfect for a 21st birthday party! Had the best time ever

Beautifully Place!

This place was just as described! These side by side homes were absolutely a game changer for our large family gathering, the place was absolutely gorgeous and large enough for our sweet 16 birthday celebration! The host was very responsive and pleasant to deal with! I would definitely stay here again if I need the space! Loved it!!

Our stay was riddled with issues with the property. We reported issues with the overall cleanliness of the property as well as safety issues - holes in sheets, candy in drawers, washer contained mold, wall sockets were not covered and were exposed in a children’s bedroom. Additionally, the beds were absolutely terrible and should all be replaced immediately. In one bed, the plywood underneath the mattress was so awful that the bed sagged to the ground when using the bed. Trip also included calling the fire department at 1am to clear a fire/carbon monoxide alarm that was faulty. If trains blaring throughout the night or stairs at all present an issue for you, you’ll want to pass on this house. The house sits directly, and I mean directly, on the tracks with the horn blaring at all hours throughout the night. The neighborhood is also not in a great part of town.You greet the stairs the moment you walk in and even if you look directly up you can’t see all of them. To even go to the kitchen or the laundry requires the use of one or two flights of stairs.

If you don't want to sleep at night, this is a great location. It is located right next to train tracks that run throughout the night. When we arrived, a window had broken and was boarded up; however, we were not informed of this before arrival nor offered an alternative unit. The bathroom floor mats were wet, mold on the shower curtain, the washer didn't fully drain all the time, the flooring was cracked on the steps, light bulbs were blown out, dirty walls, and floors. It looks great in the photos but it definitely needs a lot of maintenance.
