The property itself was good but the neighborhood it resides in is in the middle of a homeless shelter area. It is within walking distance to downtown but if you are alone or with a small group it can seem uncomfortable walking especially at night.

Great condo, location…

The condo itself was fantastic for a group of 6 women. Location was close to Broadway and other attractions, however building is located right next to the train tracks… which run all day and night and building is across from a homeless shelter. The trains did not impact us too much and I would stay again. We were warned several times not to walk at night. We did walk twice and once were a little concerned. The staff on site were fantastic! The online support was ok but had some trouble with wifi and restocking. Overall, we would stay there again. Pool was a great addition.

Pretty and close to Gulch

Looks exactly like the photos. Pretty place. However, the lights in the ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms kept coming on randomly all night!! We were told to take out the bulbs!?!? Like there was a ladder and tools!?!? Instructions to address/prevent would have been better. Close to Gulch so walked to Biscuit Love. Short stays only as nice closets but no dressers.

Nice stay

Place was very clean and well equipped. Only complaint was the lighting that they are trying to fix. Would have been nice to know ahead but at least they are trying to fix it.

Good location and amenities & cute apartment

It was good, the location was good to get to broadway and the building was great security was kind and the Latch app was handy. However the cargo train is right behind the building and 2 of rooms face it so if you’re a light sleeper you will be woken up early in the morning or through the night. We didn’t have blankets provided for the sofa bed and the diswasher soap and toilet paper did not have refills so be mindful, we were a group of 7 staying for 4 nights so we needed extra.

Nashville

Loved the condo and pool! Just wish it wasn't so close to train tracks and homeless shelter. The walk to Broadway was about 15 mins. Walk to Gulch area was about 10 mins. We had great weather so sitting out in lounging area was nice when wanting to relax.

Great property

The property was clean and felt new. Parking was great, but I wonder if the parking garage fills up on weekends (we stayed during the week). If it's full you will need to pay and the other garage is expensive. The only downside to this property is the location. You are sandwiched in between an active train track and a homeless shelter. The trains can be heard inside the property, but honestly they aren't that loud and you kind of become accustomed to the noise. I was originally concerned about the homeless shelter, but we never had any issues. We walked downtown several times and never had any issues. I would stay at this property again.

Prompt response

Building and amenities were great! Luggage storage was nice considering we got in early. You can not get into your room until 4:00 on the dot which is a little annoying as we were waiting in the hall at 3:55. Tub/shower combo had an issue and maintenance came very quickly to fix it. The one down side is that if the fans were on in the bedroom with the light off at night, the lights would randomly come on in the middle of the night. We weren’t sure how to fix this as it only happened in the middle of the night.

Nice but Expensive for what you get

Site was next to train and rescue mission. Had terrible water pressure in showersStingy with items provided not even prepared for you as far as sheets linens soap - host had to support you but they do reach out and ask if you need anything but very slow to respond Expensive for what you get

Birthday getaway

The property was very clean with great decor. We loved taking pictures under the Nashville sign. It was about a 10-15min walk to downtown. The only downfall was that the walls are thin and the train is nearby so make sure to use the sound machines provided in eaxh room

Great apartment in great location

A perfect place to stay for three couples. Close enough to down town to get there quickly and back for a respite from the crazy. The staff was always attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Good and Not So Good Location

This property was very nice. Clean, good building with security. Responsive propriety management. Location was fairly close to everything in downtown Nashville but not quite walking distance. Easy Uber ride to Broadway and all the sights. The problem is that it is right next to railroad tracks. But not just any tracks. These tracks lead right into the main Nashville switching yard about 100 yards away. Trains can pull in and out at any time of the day or night, so be prepared for the possibility of a fair amount of noise, including idling locomotives.

Bring your own TP

Accommodations were good, everything was very clean and tidy. Unfortunately they provide you with the bare minimum, meaning only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for our whole stay and when we reached out about getting more they simply said you have to get it at your own cost. The last thing you want to do on a trip is try and get to a store to buy toilet paper. Last but not least there is some serious electrical issues causing the ceiling fan lights to randomly turn on in the middle of the night. You would be in a dead sleep and they flicker on and off several times in all 3 bedrooms. After the light issues we noticed this has been going on for awhile in other reviews.
