Perfect couples retreat

The property was awesome! Very clean and accommodating. Good size beds in every room as well as a bathroom for each room so 4 couples could easily stay together but have their own space. It was the perfect walking distance to a few nice breakfast places and a short uber ride to downtown.

Nashville baby shower

We were in town with family for a baby shower. The apartment is beautiful- sleek, modern, well furnished, well stocked and extremely clean. 4 couples in 4 bedrooms w en suite bathrooms. We love this location in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything with either a short walk or quick uber ride. Owner was very responsive to our questions Highly recommend!

Modern House on Music Row

This is a fabulous home in a great location! The home is very well appointed with everything that you would need. It's modern and comfortable with plenty of space for any group. This is a fantastic location close to Vanderbilt, Hillsboro Village, Belmont and Downtown.

Five Star Property

I have stayed in many rental properties in Nashville over the years. BY FAR, this one wins! Very clean, extremely well appointed (down to the bedding), beautiful decor, comfortable beds, awesome kitchen. Nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. the host responds instantly if you need anything! Do not hesitate to book it!

Even Better Than We Hoped

The location of this unit is PERFECT! We were 5-10 minutes from 12S (Urban Grub for dinner!!), no more than 20-25 minutes tops (with traffic) from The Gulch, the Green Hill mall shopping, 12S, the airport, Gaylord Opryland Resort - anything you’d need is a short distance away. The unit itself looked brand new and very clean on the inside. An en-suite bathroom for every bedroom is a major perk /luxury. ONLY downside to these units are the stairs.

OUTSTANDING!!

The place was great, everyone enjoyed the unit; one concern we had was the kitchen table (chairs) are missing the rubber or plastic bottoms, which will scratch up the floor if not taken care of. TV's were a little bit of a challenge, I believe the EnterNet service could not handle the amount of usage.

Spectacular stay on Music Row

Just enjoyed a spectacular stay at this pristine property on Music Row. We were looking for a comfortable place to stay for our Nashville reunion, and this stay was beyond expectations in terms in terms of luxury and amenity level. We were not familiar with Nashville, but enjoyed the fact that we were right in the middle of the Nashville studio music industry area, and blocks away from the cool 12 South neighborhood. The luxury building is newly built, appliances top notch, and bedrooms impeccable. Our host was great and really accomodating. Would highly recommend.

Perfection.

After seeing Nashville's hotel prices, three coworkers and I decided to explore alternatives. We could not have landed on a more perfect place for our trip. The home is even better in person than in the photos. It is a stunning, contemporary space, tastefully decorated. There are hints in the decor throughout that honor Nashville without being cheesy or overdone. The bedrooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. The bathrooms (especially the two walk-in showers) are exquisite. And the primary's walk-in closet could practically be a fifth bedroom. The kitchen appliances are high-end and if there's a chef among the guests, they'll be in heaven. (Heads up: the microwave door looks like another oven so you have search a little!) The host was extremely helpful in answering a myriad of questions I had before we booked; was diligent in detailed instructions for our arrival and made departure effortless. The electronic keypad was perfect so none of us had to worry about tracking keys. The neighborhood is comfortable and quite walkable. It was fun imagining what might be happening in the myriad of studios along Music Row. And for morning coffee and breakfast, The Well just down the street couldn't be beat. Ubers are affordable options for getting downtown (or anywhere else). When departure day came, none of us wanted to leave the house. There's no doubt that if any of our travels take us back to Nashville, this will be a top choice.

Amazing property!

We loved our time in Nashville and our stay at this beautiful place! We went in the summer so it was hot to walk places but Uber/Lyft was convenient to take us places. We loved the decor and the furnishings!

We had a great stay here. It’s close to Vanderbilt University, fun shops, and restaurants. Parking was easy as we as check in. Yes, would stay here again and do recommend it.

Among us, we’ve stayed at some of the nicest properties and hotels in the world…following our five night stay here, we’re adding this to the list. If you’re looking for a 4BR/4 1/2 bath accommodation five or ten minutes from downtown Nashville/ Broadway, just go ahead and reserve this now! Every detail has been thoughtfully considered - well appointed kitchen, comfortable furniture, modern, quality audio/video, four comfortable en-suite bedrooms … the list could go on and on. We had a fabulous stay that absolutely ‘checked all the boxes’
