The coziest stay! This home is so wonderful, comfortable, clean and charmingly decorated! Centrally located in East Nashville and the hosts are incredible. The house has everything you need and everything you didn’t know you needed! The kitchen has it all for travelers looking to cook and relax at the property. The accommodations for small children are incredible (high chair, baby monitor, black out curtains, baby bath and so many great toys and books). If we could give this property 10 stars we would! Highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay

This was the nicest house we've stayed at in Nashville. Very clean and Beautifully decorated. Love the Nashville decor! Newly renovated and very organized. Things were easy to find because of how everything had a place and the labels really helped. We went for the SEC basketball tournament and it was an easy and quick commute to downtown. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. It felt safe. We also enjoyed walking to the coffee place nearby. The beds were super comfortable and we slept great. I would definitely recommend and come back to stay here again.

Great spot with super helpful hosts!

Adorable house with everything you could possibly need. Megan, the host, was super responsive whenever we had questions or needed anything. Neighborhood is great too with a coffee shop, grocery store, and pharmacy within a block or two. We’d definitely come back!!

PERFECT

This house is absolutely perfect, comfortable furniture and beds, lovely decor, clean and new appliances, super fast Wi-Fi, and a wonderful location with plenty of restaurants and shopping with a walkable distance (under a mile) and very easy to get downtown with rideshare. We were here for a game at Nissan Stadium and could not have been happier with both the house and the location. An additional bonus is having a fenced in front yard with the fact that it accepts dogs. 100% recommend, you will not be disappointed, it's like home away from home.

Amazing property, Amazing Host, Amazing Attention to details

I talked to host several times regarding our stay and she was super responsive and helpful. When we arrived at the property we were very happy with the accommodations, the property itself was updated with very nice finishing touches and the decor was definitely Easy Nashville ! The kitchen was well stocked (we love to cook together and eat together) and had enough plates and silverware for us to have 2 meals a day without having to wash dishes in between. There were extras in the baths in case you forgot something (which it seems someone in our group forgets something) like spray deodorant, new razors, and others. We would definitely recommend this property and this host, and since my sister lives about a mile from the property, may stay here again.

Best Vrbo Ever!

We greatly enjoyed staying at this Vrbo! What a great, clean and fun place. The hosts clearly took a lot of attention to detail and the whole place was vibe. The hosts were also very communicative and responded quickly to my questions. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Nashville!

Beautiful home, amazing location

We felt so at home at this beautiful house. It was decorated with such detail, and surprisingly close to downtown. We were also able to walk to restaurants, a brewery, and the grocery store. Very dog and family friendly. (Be sure to bring sheets to cover the furniture. It’s too pretty to cover in dog hair. Lol) We will keep this at this top of our list for all future stays and recommendations to friends. Wonderful experience!

Gorgeous Home and Great location

Perfect home! The decor is beautiful, home is clean, the hosts think of everything and every age. We enjoyed walking to several delicious restaurants and although we didn’t go downtown it was so close. Our fur baby loved the fenced area and sitting on the porch people watching. We had the perfect stay and everyone agreed we would stay there again.

Great stay!

We loved the house and all the amenities. Very thoughtful to offer many everyday bathroom amenities you might forget. House is lovely and uniquely decorated modern farmhouse style. Location couldn’t be better. Close to eateries al over the place. We hope to stay soon again if we don’t buy sooner 😀

The Cottage was the perfect place to stay while in Nashville. Comfortable, cozy, and convenient. Walking distance to groceries, restaurants, and bars. The whole experience was outstanding from check in to check out.

This Country Cottage was just a few miles from the hustle and bustle of Nashville. It turned out to be one of our favorite VRBO rentals and we’ve been doing this over 15 years! The house was furnished beautifully with all the modern conveniences. Customer service was top notch. We had a terrific time and we’re definitely not ready to leave!

Wonderful Property

We had a memorable week in Nashville celebrating our 46th wedding anniversary with our daughter and son in law. After fun filled days exploring downtown Nashville, a couple of day trips to visit distilleries, wineries and Franklin, we had the pleasure of retreating to this peaceful, gorgeous and well appointed property, such attention to detail.
