Perfect quiet getaway

This is the perfect house if you love the quiet zone the neighborhood is a very nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors luckily they are not right on top of you The house is very clean and has all the basic needs the table in the house is only for four there was six of us but this weekend was the perfect weather weekend so we ate outside the meals we ate there each bedroom has a tv where you can sign in to your favorite app the owner responds quickly with any questions you may have and gives great suggestions for places to eat and due easy to get to Clarksville or Nashville look forward to booking again for next years get together

Family getaway.

We traveled from upper Indiana to visit the area. We have family and friends that live close to the location. We don’t get to see them much but because of this beautiful home we were able to make great memories the entire weekend. Would for sure rent again. Thank you so much for opening up your home.

I could live there

This property is the perfect size house for a group of friends wanting to get away. From the 3 rooms to give us the separation, to the "family room" space downstairs where we all hung out to watch movies together, this house was the perfect size to make us all feel comfortable. Sitting outside with our coffees in the morning was a colorfully relaxing time to unwind. The view is amazing. The scenic view driving the 40mins to Nashville was so quick that the drive never seemed to take that long. Easy commute into the city. Will definitely book again.

Quiet and relaxing

Very pleasant stay. Quiet rural neighborhood. The house is very comfortable and well appointed. Nashville is a short drive so this is a great home base for day tripping. The Cumberland Bicentennial trail in Ashland City was a easy and pretty hike.

Nice Property

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The property was clean, well-maintained and spacious. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. If you need to go into town often, it may not be the place for you.

Peaceful, clean home not to far from Nashville

My husband and I stayed here while visiting Nashville for our romantic getaway. I would have given 5 stars if the communication from the owner was better. We did run into a couple of minor issues and when messaging the owner about them, no response was given. I even messaged again once we got home and still no response. We checked in with no issues. I didn't like the fact that the only communication we had with the owner was message through vrbo. Normally we get their email or a number for communication. I had to message and ask for the address and didnt receive check in or other home instructions until the cleaners finished cleaning the home the day we arrive. We arrived past check in so it wasn't a problem. (Handling of this is just different from our past experiences) Upon arrival the home is very clean and spacious for what we needed. Hot tub was clean and one of the best ones we seen at a vacation rental. Its about a 35 minute drive to the city but the views were worth it and the quiet peaceful mornings on the property are a perfect start to the day. Plenty of outside spaces to enjoy cooking out, drinking wine or coffee. They provide everything you need for bathrooms and kitchen (and 2 laundry pods) which was very helpful. We had plenty of towels. Extra blankets are not provided. Buy water and ice. Water filter needs replacement. Only issues: jets in tub need cleaning, lots of gunk comes out when turning on and there was a mouse in the home that ate into our food boxes.

Awesome House in the Tennessee Countryside

This house is as described with a great yard and plenty of space. You’ll be about 10-12 minutes to Ashland City and 35-40 minutes to downtown Nashville. Ashland City was a neat little town that really had all we needed. The hot tub and great backyard area were both awesome. I really enjoyed the basement living room.

Beautiful property

Perfect for our needs, giving us several living areas so we never felt crowded. Every bedroom had an attached bathroom, so that was really nice. Clean, peaceful and quiet with country vibe. Ashland City was nice too, we loved Riverview restaurant with a view of the lake. Definitely on our list for future visits.

The house and property was very very nice. Clean an plenty of room. Hot tub is nice but owner will charge u for them to drain an clean the hot tub an im sorry i shouldnt be charged for something that should be deep cleaned after every guest. Sanitary reaaons. An the owner didnt leave any instructions on how to drain or clean it. Said instructions were on fridge but there wasnt.

Worth the drive

One of the best places we have every had the pleasure to stay. The house was very beautiful and clean. Exceeded our expectations! Host gave great recommendations for everything you could possibly need for your trip/stay in Nashville! It was defintely worth the.short drive into Nashville. We will be coming back and hope to stay here again.

Private, relaxing, getaway

My husband, our 5 year old daughter, and another couple stayed here for 4 days. The house was gorgeous, well cleaned, and well stocked on supplies! We loved the cute and generous little snacks provided, plenty of coffee pods, and even the games! My daughter absolutely loved the swing and cornhole boards under the covered back area to get out of the sun. The hottub was fully functional and clean and was taken advantage of every night! We were even supplied with a great amount of good dry firewood and sticks for the firepit. Smores were enjoyed quickly, lol! We knew the location was going to be 40 to 45 minutes away from the city during the busy times of the day but we planned to be out and about all day and then come back to wind down and relax. The scendic drive made it seem not so long anyway! There were plenty of gas stations, shops, and walmart, which was very close, so we made dinner there a couple of nights and had no problems at all. The grill had propane and all the parts and worked great for burgers as well! I can't say enough good things about this place! We would choose this over a close hotel in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for a great vacation!

What an adorable home!

This is a beautiful home, and everything was clean and well-organized. Communication with the homeowner was outstanding, and they provided recommendations for local attractions and dining, which was super helpful. The location is a bit far out from the city, but if you're looking for a quiet getaway and willing to drive a bit to activities, dining, etc., it is absolutely perfect!
