The loft was perfect! Perfect area and beautiful just as pictured. The problem we had was with checking in. We never received information on how to check in. We asked the restaurant next door where the place was and he directed us to a different location which apparently was the oldManagement of this loft. Once we found the old manager he assisted us with the location and codes needed to get in so he was very helpful but the check in process was extremely unorganized. If you rent this loft make sure you get details before you arrive. Highly recommend this loft though.

The location was perfect and the loft was fantastic, just as advertised. Darold, the property Manager was waiting for us and check in was SO easy. The only hiccup was the AC wasn't working very well in our room so we got very hot at night, but the rest of the rooms and place stayed very cool. I definitely recommend this place and it made bringing in my 40th a weekend to remember!

Perfect Property in Nashville

Me and 4 friends just stayed here and couldn’t have been happier. The property is exactly as described. The rooms were spacious, it was clean, and we had an absolutely blast here. The condo is about a 3 block walk to Broadway. 10 out of 10, I would tell anyone heading to Nashville looking for a good time to stay here.

Perfect For a Girls Weekend!

The location and quality of this property met all of our (high) expectations and was exactly as advertised! And the level of service for check-in and during our stay was amazing! We even took advantage of the concierge services, which added a fun vibe (charcuterie and birthday decorations waiting for us on arrival!). The beds were very comfortable the location was perfect! We were a group of 8 women, and we felt very safe during our stay. I can't wait to come back and stay at this property again!

50th Birthday in Nashville

Fantastic location and within walking distance to every bar. The condo was great for hanging out and enjoying cocktails with friends in the big open living space! Darold was a great host and took the time to explain the area. Will definitely stay here again soon!!

Perfect Getaway

Printer's Loft was the perfect spot to get away with a group of friends. It's exactly close enough to anywhere you'd want to walk or a short ride to other great parts of Nashville. The concierge service was great and easy to check in and out. It's such a great loft that you can spend time inside when needed without being overcrowded. Will definitely be back!

Good Place to Stay

The writers Allie condo we stayed in was great for space needed. It was pricey and at 5 AM in the morning the sanitation guys were empty and big trash bins so that was very noisy. It is within walking distance of Broadway and all the main bars so that was good, but you are walking on concrete so I would not suggest high heels for the ladies. We discovered this on our first outing, so had sore feet the next day and everybody went to flats. The table in the living room/kitchen area is awesome and we played every day. Communication with the property manager Darold was Super easy and every time I text him, he text me back almost instantly.

The property was great, the neighborhood not so much for a single traveler.

Loved the property although I personally felt unsafe in the area, especially walking my dog early morning. The so called private elevator entrance to the unit was concerning, especially when I when the doors opened and the man from the 3rd floor unit was in it.

If you want location, this is it.

Walking to all we wanted to see in Nashville was easy from the loft. We walked everywhere we went except Green Hills Mall. The loft is so nice, you really don't need to go anywhere. Watching the action out the floor to ceiling windows was as much fun as going out. Great restaurants all over the neighborhood made dining very easy.

Great spot in downtown Nashville

This worked great for a couple of families. Plenty of space. Nice beds. 5-10 minute walk to most of the places you'll want to go. One minor issue is that on sunny or warm days the main living space and a couple of the bedrooms stay pretty warm. The fans help. Would stay here again for sure.
