We had a great stay at this rental! The location was perfect, and the space was more than enough to comfortably accommodate everyone in our group. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, always quick to reply to any questions we had.We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Our only small suggestion would be to add a broom and dustpan to help with light cleanups during the stay.Overall, a wonderful experience—highly recommended!

Nice Unit

The unit was good and as described in the listing. All amenities were in excellent shape and there was plenty of room for our group of 4 adults. Balcony was nice, but the lot beside was a staging area for another construction site, not really an issue for us, just an fyi.Response from Property Management was good, and responded to inquiries quickly. Location was as expected, walking distance to restaurants, bars, Vanderbilt University, local transit was available and close to park. Getting downtown was mostly Uber, as we didn't have a car the whole time, though Music Row was walkable in 30 minutes

Great unit, very poor management company

This was a great condo in a nice building. We had a corner unit with lots of windows and blinds to cover them. The balcony was really nice.There is a Mexican restaurant on the 1st fl which was a nice option.Communication with the mangement company was very poor. We came in on our third night at midnight and the elevator wasn't working. I called the management company and asked what to do. The employee said she would checkinto it and call me back. We eventually walked around the building and found a second stairwell, so we walked up 5 flights of steps. I called again at 10 am and was told I had gotten a response at 6 am. This wasn't true.The following day I asked for a complimentary late checkout but was refused. The supervisor's email said she would try to get us some compensation for the issues. I haven't heard anything since.

Filming at The Odyssey

The place was great for us to film a cooking segment in for an upcoming company program. I stayed there for evening and had production crew come during the day to film. The place was gorgeously furnished. There were a few strands of hair in the master bathroom floor and a few strands in the shower when I got there. There as also a huge spider on the curtains in the master bedroom when I arrived. The wifi was also very spotty and kept dropping. The elevator did not work majority of my time there but the property ended up making the service elevator accessible for guests. Other than that, this place was centrally located to all my needs and I would gladly stay there again!

Minor Issues

Property nice! Minor maintenance required! All of the bathroom faucet handles needed to be tightened! Window shade needs to be repaired in the living room! Bathroom lighting needs to be improved! More towel hooks or bars need to be installed! Shower needs a shower curtain liner! The right side washer dryer door needs repaired does not latch!

30th birthday bash

We had a few unfortunate circumstances with inquiries for wifi codes, pool codes, and our code lock not working to our room. We were locked out for 45minutes, waiting for our locksmith. Would have appreciated a faster response as women stuck in hallway. There was a partial refund for inconveniences. I can appreciate that - perhaps a free night stay for a future trip as well. Loved our apartment.

Nice stay

Great location. We like the lay out. They only issue is there’s just one towel per person and no kitchen lines. But the location is great. They were very responsive. We definitely would rent here again.

Very Nice!

Nice, new, and very clean apartment. Property management was very responsive and resolved any concerns that arose. My only wish was to have restaurants and / or a grocery store in walking distance but not a big deal at all. They were very close by car.

This unit does not sleep six as advertised

The location and style, finishes, etc of the condo were great. The only issue was that it is advertised as sleeping six people and it isn't. The "double sofa bed" is not a double nor a sofa bed. It is a single sofa that you can possibly squeeze a toddler on next to a grown adult. We had six people in our party and one had to sleep on the hard floor. As an adult, that is never a good option. I communicated with the mgt company immediately and they promised someone would get back to me. Never heard from anyone nor did they offer money back or any other accomodation.

Nashville Fun

Great location, centrally located. It cost $18.00 for an Uber to Broadway. Quiet, top floor unit. We really weren't bothered by the construction next door. The unit was spacious for 2 couples. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Odyssey House Stay

I was highly impressed with the location and the condo. The condo exceeded our expectations In cleanliness, style, and location. One of the best parts of the condo was the mattress. I usually dread sleeping out Because of low quality mattresses. This one was great! I think it was a Tempur-pedic hybrid. The location was Central to downtown and there was a attached garage so parking was a snap. The price was excellent, I would have expected that condo to go for yeah

Couples get away

We enjoyed our stay. The space was comfortable and worked great for two couples. The new building was clean and so was the apartment. The beds were great and we appreciated the coffee in the morning. We didn’t rent a car so Ubers were our mode of transportation. We found the location convenient for getting downtown and quiet at night. The only downside was nothing within walking distance to pick up a few groceries. The pool was a nice bonus on the hot days. Having a few extra towels would have been helpful. We loved our time in Nashville and would recommend this place for sure.

Lovely Condo…minus the active construction

Pros and cons: The unit was extremely clean and the updated finishes were nice. The beds were super comfortable. Kitchen essentials were available. Within walking distance to several fabulous restaurants (bar and grill, Italian, steak house). $10 Uber ride to the bars on broadway. We were missing pool towels, so we had to use the single bath towel that was provided for each adult (pool towels were delivered a day later though). One or two extra bath towels would be nice to have, just in general. The neighborhood where the condo is located is very nice, clean, and safe, however, there was construction actively going on directly next to the condo and was visible on all sides of the condo. The noise level of the construction while trying to enjoy the pool was deafening. The view from our patio of impending construction was not enjoyable nor was the gigantic dumpers full of scraps and trash which can be seen from the second bedroom window and kitchen window/living room windows. It would have been nice to know about the construction. The couch in the living room was unfortunately the most uncomfortable couch any of us have ever sat on. We preferred to sit or lay on the floor versus on the couch. The building fire alarms went off twice during our three night stay, which of course isn’t the hosts fault. We would stay at this condo again but only if the couch is replaced and the construction is completed.

This place is a gem!

We loved our stay here! Adorable place that was so spacious yet cozy for the 4 of us. So modern and new. The location was superb. Close to everything yet a quiet and quaint neighborhood. It was the ideal place to stay and would definitely stay here again!

3 weeks in Nashville

Needed a place close to Vanderbilt for a summer internship. This property was perfect. Walking distance and super close to Centenial park. Property is new, clean and quiet with good internet/WiFi for remote work. Nice gym for fitness and a pool as well. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Everything we hoped for

This property is new, nicely decorated, and in pristine shape. The hosts have thought of everything you might need and the home is very comfortable. The location is in a nice area and close to downtown. We will definitely be back if visiting Nashville again in the future.
