We came for a softball tournament and loved the house. It was perfect for our group of girls. Super clean and nice, close to the fields, and the homeowners were super easy to talk to.

This place lived up to the expectation

The place and neighborhood were as advertised. The owners were very responsive.Beautiful property. We felt safe in the area. Very close to the highway. The only suggestion we would make is to get some light on the rooftop for nighttime use. We would definitely stay here again.

Not the cleanest stay

The host was responsive until the last day when we tried contacting them about ants in the house. Every room had ants in it, making it feel very dirty.

Amazing VRBO !!! Would absolutely stay here again !

This VRBO was awesome! Four bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Newer construction with great amenities, including a rooftop with a beautiful view of downtown Nashville. Loved the closet space, shelf space and we provided plenty of toilet paper and linens. Four stars for neighborhood …. lots of new construction, but appears to be an older neighborhood. However, it appears to be in the beginning stages of a lot more condos going up.

Great VRBO set up. I would’ve given 5 stars if the beds were comfortable. All the mattresses definitely need to be replaced. The paint on the walls need to freshened up and loose floor tiles fixed. The condo was clean but is in desperate need of a deep clean. Lots of dust on the window seals and major dust bunnies under the beds.

Nice place pictures misleading on size.

I would like to suggest the bathroom on the first floor should be handicapped accessible. The dishwasher was not working properly. The place was very dusty. The tiles on the floor in the 2nd floor bathroom were loose. The description of the king size bed was misleading, was more of a queen size. Pictures were misleading of the sizes of the rooms. Should add dimensions of the rooms in your description. One of the pantry doors was difficult to open. Higher toilets for taller people, should have dumpster on both ends of the property. Handrails on the all stairwells. The oven took a long to to heat up. The ice maker went out.

Comfortable and roomy stay!

We had a great stay in Nashville! The check in process was super easy, the host was quick to reply to questions, the beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for our group. Tons of stairs though, so bring comfy shoes!

Unfortunately, this was my first bad experience using VRBO. When we arrived at the location, I immediately contacted the property manager using the VRBO app to inform him that we had arrived, and the place was filthy. I explained what I was dissatisfied with, and he informed me that he would send someone over along with making arrangements with the cleaning crew. His son arrived shortly after we hung up and cleaned the thick dust from the air conditioning/ fans and apologized that he had no idea we had an early check in (we were informed it was an extra $100.00 for early check in, and immediately paid the Venmo request, which I thought was weird since it wasn’t done on the app). About 15 minutes later, two people from the cleaning crew came back and she was explaining that she just cleaned this the day before and it isn’t her fault that the inspectors got it dirty but offered to clean. We also asked for a spare sheet set because there were white/ yellowish stains on the beds. She said there was one extra set and showed us where. I contacted the manager again and explained the frustration and informed him that I took pictures and asked if he had another location we could be switched to. He told me “No I don’t, and I don’t know who to believe because my last review on this place says the cleaning was exceptional”. I offered to provide the pictures and he declined. It is truly a shame, as a lot of time was not spent in the house due to the dust/ dirt leading to coughing. We also

Nashville Girls Trip

Myself and 3 girlfriends definitely had a great trip staying here. The house was very modern and the expectations from photos were met. I would stay here again or recommend to others as a place to stay.

We all had a great time! My only recommendation would be to put lights on the rooftop because it does get dark at night. The place was clean and had everything that we needed in it. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Son’s Birthday

We had a great time visiting our son and his family in Nashville. There were six of us at the house and there was room for everyone to be comfortable and have their own space. It is close to grocery stores, restaurants and convenient to downtown. We will stay here again.

Girls trip

The property was clean and fit all of us. The property was a 10 min uber away from Music row and the property manager was easy to get in touch with when we had issues with the garage door. The only complaint we had was though there is a quit time many gather in their garage to drink and play games and if your in the room over the garage you can hear everything from those who were in their garages, Sat and Sun we heard people until after 4 am. The only other issue was there was a major issue with the trash, the community bin was over flowing and people were just stacking trash outside which brought some stray dogs over who spread the trash through out the property. We did see people there pick it up and they were attempting to clean it up. Overall the property was nice but might not be a quit and relaxing as some might hope for.

A workout!

the property was very very clean! Uber rides were very affordable. Ceiling fans have issues...living room fan/light had not remote and kept turning on n off by itself so we just tunred switch off no remote for double bedroom so if you had fan on light was on finally the light in other 3rd floor bedroom kept turning on by itself so to have fan on youd have to keep using remote to turn off the light! Very rough nights of sleep! The steps are no joke! You definately get a workout!! Its no less than 2 flights no matter what level you wanted. Rooftop was not impressive! Not much of a view cusions missing from chair 1 tiny light...just kinda blah! Lastly the kitchen supplies could use an update. We had 1 dishtowl 1 dishrag 3 trahbags and there are no bowls or containers with lids for leftovers.
