Excellent location for us

The washer and dryer worked very well. The bathroom was large and easily maneuverable for a physically handicapped person. It contained a nice large tub and shower combination. This wasn't really usable by a handicap person because of the very high step in. However, since my spouse was in the hospital most of the time, it didn't make any difference. There was an adequate number of wonderfully smelling towels. The small kitchen had a large refrigerator and stove. The only difficulty I encountered here is that there were not enough pans for cooking, no saltshaker and no zip lock baggies. So come prepared if you plan to cook. The living area was small (perfect for us), and very comfortable. Loved having 2 TVs in this apartment! In the large bedroom the bed sat very high and was a bit of a challenge to get on. But it was very comfortable. The apartment was an easy drive to the hospital which was about 10 minutes away. Overall, this location was quiet and I felt quite safe here.

Great for a Long Weekend

Property was small, but clean and the location was great. On site parking in a safe area for a good price. Would definitely stay again.

Great property! Easy Uber/Lyft to anywhere you want to go. If you like to walk, there are many places you can go! Clean and comfortable!

Exactly what we needed.

Easy to find, easy to access and we felt safe here. Fairly quiet neighborhood. There are train tracks nearby that we could hear at night the first night but the next few nights we used a big box fan that we found in the closet and we couldn’t hear any road traffic or trains with it on. I will take that over the noise of Broadway at night. The apartment is clean, modern, and had everything we needed for our stay. This may be an odd pro to the place but we live in a place with very clean water so sometimes travelling can be hard on my hair but I was very pleased with how my hair felt after showering here. I would recommend this rental!

Everything as expected

Although not an exciting location by any means, it's close enough to the action for this not to be an issue. Everything was as described in the listing, happy to recommend.

Very clean and comfortable

Excellent location for under $10 Lyfts to music venues. Easy to find by car and drive to the Parthenon and Farmers Market. Be advised no coffee supplies provided and only 2 forks. Parking was a bonus and seemed secure.

Quick honeymoon weekend

It was a great long weekend away to celebrate our honeymoon. The property wasn't too far from the city center and we were able to get to and from everything with ease. Especially having a great homebase to come back to.

Excellent!!!

Place was clean and Beautiful. Only 2 miles from Broadway. Uber only $10 from this location to Broadway vs $36 to pay to park. Check in and out super easy. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Very beautiful 1 bedroom condo for my Nashville stay

The condo was excellent for my visit to Nashville for a retirement party! I was to work remote at the property all while being a 2.5 mile walk from Broadway. Loved it and would stay again!
