Beautiful house. Excellent location. Some areas need a bit of attention. One bathroom upstairs is rundown. Some pans were dirty in the kitchen. Overall very happy.

Had the BEST time! Our group of 8(4 couples) rented for a long weekend. It was a perfect setup for us. Each couple had private bed/bath and space to breathe. The bottom floor does have 2 bedrooms with a shared (shower) bath. Only 1 sink and 1 towel holder. (May become an issue if have 2 couples on bottom floor) The main level kitchen and den were the gathering spot. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. We did not cook so can’t speak to the stove/oven. There are 2 refrigerators- brilliant! Just FYI- there is a single keurig coffee maker. Host may want to consider a regular drip coffee maker for large groups. The rooftop area- so nice and was used quite a bit. Thank you for having additional propane tanks for the fire pit! Hot tub was fun but cramped if trying to seat more than 4-5 people. There is a gas grill- we did not use it but it looked very clean. To the families with littles and elders- there are ALOT of stairs. And the rooftop has a ledge that’s about 3-4 feet high (if you have climbers)The location was fantastic! Easily walkable to The Gulch restaurants and shopping. Could walk to downtown (25 minute walk) but we usually ubered (10 day/ 25-30 night)There were a few minor maintenance issues we made guest services aware of and were super responsive. Just a bit of wear and tear that needs attention- main level rug, main level bathroom , top floor bath tile floor cracks,glass entry door shade needs repairOverall- a great property- definitely recommend!

Overall, great location but there are some things that need attention. The front door needs a shade like the rest of the condos in the complex. The bathtub needs a stopper that works. The bathroom on the main floor has poor water pressure. The mattresses were great and comfortable! The rooftop view, hot tub and fireplace were wonderful!!

We arrived to a 7’ carboard box in the entry way and a broom in the kitchen. The house was not at all well stocked. We were a group of 7. There were 2 wine glasses, 3 water glasses and 5 coffee mugs. Property people eventually brought over additionals but this isn’t now you want to spend your time on vacation. They were all new things that we had to wash. There is a hot tub but each guest was awarded exactly 1 towel for the stay. There was 1 kitchen dish towel and 1 dish rag. We had to move the propane tank to the fire pit from the BBQ because there was only one with gas. The thermostat had a code to lock it. No one I communicated with knew the code. A technician came over and he didn’t know it either. He ended up taking the whole thermostat off and changing it out for the one from next door. Overall, this lowered the value of the stay for us.

Guys Trip

Me and 7 buddies from high school all had a blast for our 60th birthday! Great location. Several bars and restaurants with on walking distance. Broadway is about a 15-20 minute walk - but several bars etc to stop in in the way. Condo was great! No issues and the A/C was COLD! Hottub and rooftop - all good! Would recommend.

Our group of 12 adults had a great time at this location. Accessible to Music Row, The Gulch and a short ride to Broadway made the location ideal. It provides plenty of space for all to enjoy. The roof top adds an unexpected hangout with great views of Nashville. Communication was frequent and easy with the Stay Minty staff!

Fun time with friends

A group of 8 of us stayed here to celebrate our milestone birthdays and this wonderful place did not disappoint! There was plenty of space and a great layout. We also loved the rooftop and hot tub! The location is also great, close enough to walk to everything but with a little distance to have some peace and quiet, too. We highly recommend it!

Baby shower glam

Multiple family/friends traveling from out-of-state for baby shower. This spacious rental was a perfect setting; spacious, clean, great communication, grocery delivery option, and within walking distance/short uber ride to venture out on excursions. Definitely recommend!

Thanksgiving week

Great location and overall set up. The property has been used hard over its short life. It definitely needs a make over. Kitchen was once well equipped but now several glassware items missing, cookware used hard, some of the silverware still had food remaining on them and kitchen has ants. The oven is very dirty. The main rug in living area needs to be replaced because it is filthy. The floors are sticky and some of the tiles are chipped and the painting needs to touched up and repainted in some areas. Great house but it has had too much use without a refresh. It’s time to put some money back into your investment.

Daughter’s 40th Destination Birthday Celebration with Family

We were overjoyed to hang out at the house in the hot tub and by the fire pit when we weren’t out on the town. The house is as described and met all of our needs for a family birthday celebration. The location is ideal and walkable to the prominent bars and restaurants. We will want to stay here again next time we are in town!
