Great place to stay if you’re wanting to be super close to Broadway. This was my first time ever renting a VRBO so I really didn’t know what to expect. It was also my first time experiencing the Nashville nightlife. We had 11 people total end up staying. Some chose to sleep on the pull out couches rather than share a bed since the couches were bigger, however there was still plenty of room. Some of the beds are rather high up so we had to pivot on where to put certain people, which worked out. Be forewarned, the Cityside is definitely louder. If you don’t plan on staying out late and are a light sleeper, the couch or the Riverside will best. But it is a great option to look below and people watch! Seriously, the location was perfect. You’re just barely off Broadway, plus 2 ice cream stores across the street! The parking garage is a short walk but you can unload/load right in front if the area isn’t already taken. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We did need to request more of something, which we received right away. Communication was great and I loved that I could just text any questions and get a response. We felt secure in there as well since the elevator had a special code to get to our floor. It was weird at first “living” above the store and having to come in after hours but we got over it after the first night. It also helped that all the employees were super nice as well. I would definitely consider staying here again with a large group.
