Beautiful Home. Nice Host. Unsafe Neighborhood. Use Caution.

The good: The house itself is great and perfect for 4 couples. The bad: The neighborhood is the total opposite of great and is completely unsafe. The house itself is beautiful, with nice, modern decor throughout. It was laid out perfectly for our group; each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. The living room seating would have been better if there was a section to fit more people. The beds were comfortable. Ample towels and towel cloths. The house was clean with the exception of the kitchen backsplash behind the range. When we first arrived at the house that Friday evening, we noticed that the neighborhood was the definition of gentrification. New construction townhouses immediately across the street from old homes that were not well-maintained and sketchy people walking around. My SUV was parked in the available parking spaces behind the unit, not visible from the road. We didn't think we could fit both SUVs in the garage comfortably, so we thought we'd leave it in the open parking spaces. That turned out to be a big mistake. At around 9:50 pm, we were at a Comedy show about 10 minutes away from the house when I received a notification from OnStar that my vehicle theft alarm had been activated. We immediately called an Uber to pick us up and called 911 to report a potential break-in. The police arrived there before we did and found that the back passenger window had been smashed in on my car, the door left open, and a tote bag had been stolen from the vehicle. I was unaware that the tote was left in the vehicle. The officer said that this type of thing "happens all the time in this neighborhood" & That the thieves target rental properties. That same night, the thieves also broke into other cars in the lot directly behind us, and we found out later… kicked in the doors of some homes in the neighborhood. The emergency contact person was helpful and great, but the cameras didn't catch the incident which is just terrible and unreliable when you're in a neighborhood as unsafe as this one. They did refund me for that night and sent donuts. Unfortunately, I do not recommend renting this house based on the neighborhood. I know that the homeowner does not have any control over what other people do, and I'm sorry that this is the situation they are having to deal with.

Would stay here again!

This place was absolutely perfect for our group! The host was so so gracious and helped accomodate us due to delayed flights and early check in! The place itself was so clean and even felt super safe with the alarms. I will definitely be wanting to stay here again if we ever visit Nashville!

Getaway with good friends

This place was the best accommodation we have stayed in. There were 3 couples and myself. The description of the place is accurate, wonderfully decorated and fantastic having a bathroom connected to each bedroom. The beds were extremely comfortable with enough pillows for those that always use a few extra. The outdoor deck and the rooftop deck were amazing. The rooftop deck allowed you to see a portion of the city and enjoy an unobstructed view of the sunset while enjoying refreshments on the comfortable furniture. Inside the townhouse everything was labeled and the kitchen was fully equipped. All appliances were new. The large kitchen island provided ample space to set out our refreshments and Charcuterie board. Our group travels extensively all over the world and this place was the best! The hosts answered any questions and were prompt in their replies. You can’t go wrong in renting this townhouse!

Great Place but lock your car

The place is amazing and clean. The neighborhood seemed nice but someone broke into my car overnight, that was parked out front. Some clothes were taken and my papers thrown about.

Close to downtown

We throughly enjoyed our time at this property! The home was setup nicely and we had everything that we needed. They are currently revitalizing the neighborhood and it was a fast uber ride to music row. Communication with the property manager was great. I would definitely recommend this home and stay here again.

Nice/fun place to stay

Property was very clean and well kept. Communication was easy. Photos are accurate. Main struggle was location - required a lot of ubers as there’s nothing close by to go to. Also didn’t always feel the most safe waiting outside for ubers or getting dropped off.

Cozy and clean

We loved this place! It was perfect for us with the different levels which gave us plenty of privacy. Super clean too! One of the best nights sleep I’ve had in a while thanks to the cozy beds! We all agreed that we’d stay here again next time we’re in Nashville.

Friends trip

The house was beautiful, just as it looks online. The beds were all really comfortable and the rooftop deck was so much fun to hang out on. The owners were great to work with and very helpful. It’s about 10-15 minutes to downtown and no grocery store really in walking distance, but everything about the house is great!!

Great place to stay! Close to everything, lots of space for 7 people. Beautiful kitchen, awesome rooftop deck and all bedrooms were very comfortable!! Will be staying again next time in Nashville!
