Location

We went for the 4th of July and had a blast. The location was amazing. You literally walk out the front door and you're on Broadway. The home was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

In the heart of it all

We had a great quick getaway to Nashville and the penthouse was the perfect place to stay. Talk about being in the heart of it all. This location was perfect. The accommodations were great and the communication was top notch. We cannot wait to stay again!

BEST LOCATION AND COMFORTABLE!

We loved being able to pop in and out while bar hopping, shopping, eating - it was a blast! Communication was easy.

Can not beat beat the location!!! Great and cozy decor. There is outside noise as described but lessens on less populated days.

Room was as described, clean and close to everything. We were able to walk where we needed to go within short amounts of time. Restaurants and bars were easily accessible and lots of variety. We enjoyed our little escape from reality. If I had one thing to bring to renters' attention, the room is located on Broadway, there is noise. It is minimal but you can hear the bars and stores downstairs. There is some street noise. We did play background noise, and it was able to drown most of it out. Honestly it is worth the stay and the experience. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect apt right on the strip

Our stay was in mid January and we actually had one day of snow, so this location was perfect for not having to walk far in the elements. The condo was beautiful and clean, only draw back is the skylight right above your head in the bedroom, bring an eye mask and you’ll be fine. We would definitely stay here again. Communication was great!

Celebrating a 21st Birthday

What a great place to stay at! We really enjoyed the atmosphere and being literally right in the middle of everything. No need to Uber anywhere close. Our host Cal always responded to our questions within minutes if not sooner. We will definitely stay here again, if and when we ever have a chance to come back to Nashville.

Perfect Location

This loft was a great place, very easy check in, clean & very comfortable! Had everything we needed & Cal was very quick to respond. You absolutely walk out the door & you’re in the action! There are three flights of stairs but they were nothing! Would definitely stay here again!

Smack Dab in the Middle of It!

If you want to be on the Strip, look no further. The pictures accurately represent the property. Cal, the property manager is very responsive and accommodating. The property is very well equipped, so if you want to hit the market beforehand, you'll have everything you need to prepare snacks and meals. We had a great stay - Thank you Cal!

Perfect Nashville Location

This condo is in the PERFECT place for your Broadway visit. Literally walk out the door and you are smack dab in the middle of the party. Easy check in and check out. Attentive host who always answered my e-mails right away. Very clean and comfortable condo. Would totally recommend and would definitely re-book if we visit Nashville again. Thanks for a memorable weekend.

Right in the action!

This place was great! Right on broadway in the heart of all the bars. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in our trip! Host was great and over all the condo was nice! only critique we have is there should be black out curtains in the main room. gets very bright in the morning and you can't sleep in. also there's a skylight in the bedroom right above your head, same issue :( please black those out for future guest if you're able too

Great place! Will stay again.

If you want to be in the center of it all, this is the place. Central Location allowed other members of our party who stayed farther away to put their shopping bags in until they could take them back at one time. I only slight issue (Not negative as this place is 5 star!) is the steps needed. It would be rough on for an older member of the party. I can't wait to go back and rent the same place.

Great long weekend!

The property had everything we needed and was located perfectly! The only possible complaint would be that we could never get the hot water to work (warm-ish temperatures were the best we could get). But it wasn’t a dealbreaker at all - we didn’t bother the owner with it. I’d stay here again and definitely recommend it to others!
