Awesome!

I’ve been to Nashville many times but this time I had a couple friends with me that hadn’t been before. Both slept on the pull out couches and I slept in the bed. The loft that overlooks the broadway strip is AWESOME! Especially for late night people watching. It’s in a prime location you can walk outside and be right on broadway in the middle of it all. I am happy I stayed here for my friends first Nashville experience. Highly recommend! The loft lookout with the windows was super cool.

Amazing Stay!!

Everything about our stay was great! The location can’t be beat! The apartment was so clean, comfortable and had everything we could have needed for our stay! If we make it back to Nashville this is definitely where we would want to stay again!!

Perfect Location!

A couple friends and I planned a trip to Nashville for the Opry 100 Live show and wanted to stay close to downtown. This was the perfect property and right on Broadway in the middle of annything and everything going on downtown. You can stay in and watch the crowds from the comfort of the loft view or go out in it without having to uber or get a taxi everywhere. Despite being downtown and above bars and loud music, the space was still quiet enough to still get decent sleep. Communication with the host and check-in was a breeze. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay again soon!

One of a kind Nashville stay!

To start with this beautiful place is in the heart of Nashville with a top-notch country feel! Super unique and swanky and so convenient to be right on Broadway! We really enjoyed the little sunroom with the bar set up and the Nashville mural that looks over Broadway!The check-in process was very easy and the digital guide shared with us was very handy!Overall, it was a wonderful stay for my husband and I!

Old Dominion @ the Ryman

We were in town to see a concert at the Ryman which was a 2 minute walk around the corner. The location of this property can not be understated, it’s close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a show at The Ryman

First of all, if you book this property, absolutely download the PDF they will send a link for. It is divided into sections that answer all questions and is very easy to use. The app is right on your phone with all the log-in codes for the doors, plenty of contact info if you need help 24 hours a day, check-in and-out procedures, etc. We booked a parking garage just a couple of blocks away and walked to the rental. The whole process worked very smoothly. The place itself is right in the middle of everything, yet it is surprisingly quiet inside. Large, roomy, plenty of TV channels. Just a very short walk to the Ryman, NHL, NFL, Hatch Show Print, and so many other cool things. This was our second time staying here, and if we go back to Nashville again, this will be the first place I will try for. For convenience and ease of use, it would be hard to beat this place.

Great Room in a Great Location

This was our second time staying here and once again we were very happy. The apartments are so incredibly convenient to everything around downtown. The apartments are so cute and had plenty of sheets and towels, etc. We honestly don't have any complaints. Communication was fast and easy when needed. Thank you for letting us stay here once again. Great location!

Better than we expected. Checkin was simple, location was crazy, right on Broadway. You would think it would be loud from the Broadway noise, but not so. Place is huge. Only critique is it only has one shower. We will definitely be back.

Perfect place to stay on Broadway

We loved staying here. It was very convenient being right on Broadway, able to come and go to use a clean bathroom vs public and get away from the crowds when we wanted to immediately. We were able to cook one of our meals and sit in the sun room and people watch. Even though it was noisy outside during the 4th of July it was extremely quite in the place. Parking and dragging up luggage the day before the 4th was challenging with closed roads but leaving was no issue with loading zone in front of building. The owner/host Cal was great in communication and responded right away. We used the parking at 147 4th avenue North. It was just a short walk away and reasonable to park for 48 hours during a holiday for only $30 total

CMA stay

Apartment is very cute, wife and her friends loved it. Just be advised they shut down some streets for CMA fest so they had to haul luggage 2 blocks cause uber couldnt get any closer. They thoroughly enjoyed the people watching from the enclosed terrace over looking the main street. Pull out mattress was dirty but host stated stated they would take care of it right away, the ladies just didnt use that pull out for their stay. Exceeded expectations and would definately stay again.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.

This was our first trip to Nashville and it was amazing. This property is spacious and SO cute - the modern, funky, fun decor was a major reason we chose to stay here. On top of all that, the location can’t be beat. You are literally right on Broadway in the heart of all the action. We could pop out and go to a few bars, or grab a snack and drink and people watch from the enclosed balcony. The owner was very responsive, the place was very clean and even stocked with a few snacks and coffee. Highly recommend.

Fabulous unit in the perfect location

If you are wanting to experience Broadway in Nashville, stop looking and book this unit now!! Great location, the bedroom is in the back of the unit and stays pretty quiet. The host left waters and snacks for check in which was very thoughtful. We will be back!!

Girls Trip

Second stay at this location; this time unit facing Broadway. Nice to look out to see the life of the city. Photos accurate, and right in the middle of everything on Broadway. Most everything we needed was in the unit. We made dinner two nights. Only missing a wine key (brought one) & can opener. Great experience. Always, always will choose this location for future visits to this vibrant city.
