Very nice and fun place to stay! Close to most things!

This property was exactly as advertised and was a great place for me and my friends to stay in Nashville. The owner answered questions quickly and was very helpful. I had no issues at all.

Location location location

This place was awesome! We had 3 couples so the 3 bathrooms 3 bedrooms was perfect. The yard was nice we used the jacuzzi every night. The location was great. 15 minutes from anywhere you’d want to go in Nashville was perfect for us as we didn’t want to just see Broadway. We would definitely rent again

Great house for a reunion

My friends and I stayed at this property for a reunion and it was perfect for everything we needed. House was very clean, amazing music selection for us to listen to, and the location is just a few minutes from all the bars and restaurants. The hosts were very accommodating and very quick to answer any questions I had. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay and would likely stay there again in the future when I travel back to Nashville.

Perfect Stay!

Immediately knew we booked the right property when we opened the door. Beautiful, clean, new interior with all the accoutrements one would expect -- and then some. Efficient check-in-and-out process, with quick communication/response from the host. Hot tub was great! Even with traffic on busy weekend nights, it didn't take long to get anywhere in the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Girls getaway

Birthday Celebration in Nashville

We recently stayed at this property with three couples to celebrate some milestone birthdays in the group. The house was very clean and it was great to have the three separate large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The hot tub and private backyard were great. We had a great time doing other things in Nashville and also some great times and laughs just hanging out at the house. I would definitely recommend this house to other groups going to visit Nashville!

Wow!

This was the most well equipped house I've been booked and stayed in. They thought of everything. We had our 10 month old with us and they were equipped with a high chair, a pack and play, and even some toys. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need for a night in. They even have throw blankets to cover up with so you can snuggle on the couch and watch a movie. Everything was so clean and welcoming, the house is just beautiful. The listing is spot on. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

The property was great for what we needed. It was a rainy weekend but we did get to enjoy the hot tub and it was central to everything we had to get to. The house is laid out perfectly as well. I would definitely stay here again.

This Place is Amazing

Where do I start. Location was golden. 15 minutes to Downtown and 15 minutes to Cane Ridge Park where we played softball for 4 days. I think my favorite is the record player and all of the vinyl. We went as far as purchasing a double album and signed it in hopes of starting a new trend for the owners.. The hot tub really helped with picking this place and definitely soaked my sore muscles. The inside and exterior matches the pictures to a tee. There were no misconceptions about this place. We will be coming back...

TN Visit

House was clean and beds were comfortable. Very convenient to have the 3 bathrooms. It was a cute townhouse. Backyard space was nice. Host was easy to communicate with and she checked in a couple times. Kitchen had plenty of dishes for if you wanted to cook and not go out. There are 2 TV’s, but neither are in any of the bedrooms so if you want to relax while in bed that’s not possible. The house backs up to a railroad so that is pretty loud. You hear noises all night so keeping a window open is not possible if you are a light sleeper. Down side to me for this house was the location. The neighborhood is a bit on the run down side. There was street racing two of the nights which is not any fault on the host or the property just location of the property.

Weekend Getaway

This is a great property...location is only minuets from downtown and close to many restaurants..Property is very clean and quiet...Pictures do not do it justice! This was the most well equipped property i have ever visited...Next time im in town i will diffently choose this place...highly recommended!

My 40th bday!

Me and 5 of my best girlfriends rented this place for my 40th bday.. it exceeded all our expectations!! The check in process and even before check in, communication was on point.. check in was easy as can be as well. Once we got there we were thrilled! It was SO CUTE! Everything was super clean.. the beds and linens were probably the softest and most comfortable I've ever seen. The hot tub was perfect being that it was so cold outside (we are Florida girls) the neighborhood was cute and we felt very safe. An Uber ride is about 10 minutes to downtown. Overall we had an AMAZING time and we all made memories that will last forever.. such a perfect girls trip❤

The perfect home away from home!

This property is beautifully designed and perfect for a family or group! Our kids loved the arcade console. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was an added bonus! We’ll definitely stay there again if we are back in Nashville. The hosts were very responsive and super easy to work with.

Amazing property

Beautiful home

The house was in new condition and as described . Comfortable beds and plenty of full bathrooms and bright airy rooms. The home is of duplex/ townhouse style. Close enough to nightlife by Uber or Lyft. The neighborhood is a little seedy but perhaps with more rehab of the homes may be up and coming. However, there is a very nearby train yard and the trains are audible , as well as 2nd and 3rd shift noise. Overall a very enjoyable stay
