What a wonderful and convenient property! It is perfectly situated in East Nashville where you can see the quieter side or be on Broadway in 15 minutes! Everything was exactly as listed and the welcome documentation explained the home and processes perfectly. Looking forward to staying there again!

Very clean and stocked with everything you should need. We brought our own fans as we are a family that can’t sleep without them but they even had one in the closet. My daughter wished that the queen bedroom had a tv too but other than that it was perfect! We will definitely keep it in mind to rent again!

We enjoyed our stay in great comfort. The house is lovely with nice extras like cozy throws and the white noise machine. The kitchen is great and we enjoyed the spacious deck. This is our second stay in this home and we hope to be back!

Work trip

This cute little bungalow was a great place to stay for our work trip. It was super clean and decorated very cute. It was a short drive from the airport, to the Gaylord (where our conference was), and Broadway. We would highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Nashville!

This is exactly what we needed. 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. It was perfect. We had a great visit with our son who lives here and my intent was to cook some homemade meals for him and see Nashville. The kitchen was fantastic and had all the tools needed. The updates were great. The location was central to the Grand Ol Opry and Broadway. A perfect fit for us. Thank you!

Ardee is awesome!

I can’t say enough great things about this property. Super clean with all of the amenities you need plus extras. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood and is just 15 minutes from the Downtown action. We have stayed in numerous rentals and this one is one of our top faves. The owner is attentive and super responsive and has literally taken the time to add nice touches. The home itself is beautiful, well stocked and has a super nice outdoor gathering area. You will not regret choosing Ardee for your Nashville adventure!!

Perfect East Nashville Home

The home was clean, cute and easy to find. We especially loved the deck area with the string lights. It was perfect and close by to one of our favorite new bars, Roy's Tavern. We really enjoyed our stay.
