This is a great home for a group trip to Nashville. Lauren was easy to communicate with, house was clean, the kitchen was very well stocked, easy walk to Midtown or short drive to Broadway. I would highly recommend this rental and would definitely rent again.

What a great stay! Property is just as amazing as listed. Neighborhood is fantastic with many restaurants and live music venues a five minute walk away. Short Uber to downtown locations such as Broadstreet. We loved our stay! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Nashville. Many extras included with plenty of clean linens and towels. This property is amazing! We booked it for our annual girls’ trip and it did not disappoint. The location is convenient to downtown with easy access. The spaciousness of the house allowed everyone to spread out but also have time together for meals and downtime. The house is well stocked with linens, cooking needs and toiletries and there is ample storage. Everything is very modern and well-kept. The communication with the hosts was wonderful; very detailed and prompt. This was the best property I have ever stayed at. I will definitely stay with the hosts again if the opportunity arises!

This property was the perfect place to explore Nashville from with our large group. The location made it easy to get everywhere, including Broadway, Midtown, and great local restaurants. The home itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully set up for groups, with plenty of room to relax and hang out together. We loved having multiple bedrooms and gathering spaces, and the host made everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Nashville with family or friends!

This home is exactly like the pictures. It is very pretty and so well done. The beds were comfortable and the home had everything we needed for a great stay. It is near Vanderbilt and the uber rides to Broadway were very quick and easy. The hosts were very accessible and very easy to work with it. We can't wait to return--definitely recommend.

Amazing!!

We rented 3 of these townhouses for our group’s sales leadership offsite in Nashville. Everything about our experience here was amazing. The hosts were super communicative and the schedule allowed for us to have early check in since most of our group landed around noon. The houses came stocked with a small variety of snacks, water, coffee and coke products which was such a nice surprise considering our instantcart order wouldn’t be delivered for a few hours after check in. We had a chef come in the first night and the kitchen was stocked with everything she needed - plenty of plates, silverware, pots, pans. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, and the house overall was very clean. The TVs all had YouTubetv and screen mirroring capabilities which worked perfectly for our presentation day! One of the best things in my opinion was NO CLEANING BEFORE CHECKOUT. Yes, you read that correctly. It was so nice as the organizer of this trip not having to make sure all 3 houses had linens striped, fridges cleaned out, dishes done, trashes emptied, etc. The location was also great. Right around the corner from Vandy, and a short ride over to the Gultch and Broadway. Our group would absolutely stay at any of these properties again!

Perfect Nashville Stay!

This townhome is the perfect place to stay in Nashville! Safe location, gorgeous house has everything you need. The beds and living room were extremely comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. The bathrooms were amazing, especially if you have a large group - all 4 bathrooms have 2 locations with mirrors and sinks to get ready. Great outdoor space as well - both a small balcony off the main floor and an amazing top floor patio with great furniture to relax outside. Extra special bonus is the 2-car garage. The owners are fabulous - extremely responsive and were really flexible with our changing plans. Oh, and the house was perfectly clean. We highly recommend and will stay here every time we come to Nashville!
