The location was great. The house is as described as shown on pictures. Very modern aesthetic really comfortable place to spend a few days with particularly loved the fire pit on the rooftop and the views of the Nashville skyline whilst we were watching a movie.

60 year olds birthday trip

Had a great time. Was able to get someone on phone right away to understand fire pit. House had high end material used throughout. Had some issues with fit and finish Door stuck in master bedroom on floor when opening and other small issues . Probably will be fixed in future. We would definitely stay again

Weekend away with friends

Wonderful place, great location. Easy to Uber downtown. Wonderful rooftop with a full kitchen. Kitchen is stocked well with spices which was wonderful. Party of six plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again. Host very responsive, parking is convenient.

Perfect Spot for our Vandy Reunion

We had the best time staying here for our Vandy girls reunion. The property is well appointed and you just can't beat the location. The rooftop is an added bonus with incredible views of downtown and West End!

Nice place, needs some TLC

This is place was great for 3 couples. Just needs some additional love to get it to 5 stars. Only 1 bedroom has a ceiling fan, seemed odd, given the ceilings are 9', and its the south. Need much better window blinds in the bedrooms. Even the black out blinds in the one bedroom were not effective at blocking the light from around the edges. The quality of toilet paper could be better, double ply. There were no tissues. Quite a few burned out light bulbs in various rooms, upstairs bathrooms to be specific. In your description you tout a Nesspresso machine, and a 12 cup coffee maker. The latter was there, but in place of the Nespresso machine was a Keurig? Might want to update your listing to reflect this. The view from the roof top is truly spectacular. One really couldn't ask for any more for a roof top hang out. I like how the pantry has various staples, and such, sugar, coffee, tea etc. Can be handy if you have forgotten something. The appliances are top notch and all worked perfectly. The choice of TVs I think is smart as that brand includes built in Roku, easy to navigate. We rented this thinking we might walk to Broadway, but that turned out to be too much of a hike so we chose to "Uber". Even the Gulch which is close is a bit of a hike. The beds and furniture were comfortable, and the AC was very good, even on the 3rd floor. We didn't rent a car, but this place having a 2 car garage is a huge bonus, plus there was ample street parking.

The only thing better than the property are the hosts!

My family gathered here to celebrate our son's graduation from Vanderbilt. The property is located in a renewed development with similar homes selling for over a million dollars and is convenient to everything Nashville has to offer. What you see in the listing is accurate and the host's processes and procedures are well honed and work for all parties involved. Every member of my group commented on how comfortable and impressive this rental was. After departure, one of my guests recognized they left a makeup bag behind. In all of my years of travel, in these situations, I have never had the good fortune of having the item returned. This was the exception, I contacted Joe, and he immediately made his way to the property located the item and arranged to have it delivered to my home! Now that is going the extra mile to satisfy your customer!!

Friends weekend

6 friends shared three rooms - perfect size. Rooftop lounge was so nice. It is in a busier area close to the city which was what we wanted. Noise machines in rooms were great! We truly loved it. House had all we needed. Ubers were plentiful. Used Tastify to have dinner catered one night. Great service.

Moms birthday getaway

The house made our get together even more special! We celebrated one of our mommas 50th birthday with our little village who has raised our 16 children together on the same street for the past 25 years. The house was perfect for morning coffee on the roof top, daily breakfasts/desserts/drinks and appetizers in the spacious kitchen and was soooo conveniently located to downtown. We had a truly fabulous stay!!!

Really nice property - Lots of gathering room, awesome rooftop area - 3 comfortable and private bedrooms with en suite bathrooms plus an extra full bath. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need. Very clean. Location is walkable (or easy to get UBER) to the Gulch section with lots of great restaurants and shops. And easy to get to downtown Nashville (only a few miles). Nashville is such a fun and friendly place! The host was outstanding and very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend!

Great place!

We were a group of three couples in town for CMA fest. It was the perfect place to stay. Beautiful rooftop and kitchen to escape the crowds when needed but a fabulous location to get to where we needed to go. Communication with host was fabulous. Highly recommend.

Great venue and close to everything

We were very pleased with this property. The location made it close to Vanderbilt and to downtown. We were there for my daughter’s graduation and the property was fantastic. It has a great rooftop and we were able to grill on Saturday. The property is close to the Gulch area and we were able to select from a wide range of restaurants. The property is also well maintained and decorated. Thanks for a memorable graduation weekend

Great location for girls weekend

Clean and nicely appointed. Some furnishings looked a bit worn but overall everything was comfortable and just what we needed. Definitely felt safe in the home. Close to many sites and attractions — able to walk when we wanted but using Uber was super easy as well. The weather did not cooperate for us to use the rooftop deck much, but it was nice to have that outdoor area to relax a bit one afternoon. Would definitely recommend.

Fast visit to Nashville

My family wanted to see Nashville due to its wonderful music history. Staying at this 4 story townhome met our needs very well. It was very clean and comfortable. The view from the top deck was an added bonus. We felt safe and had no issues getting around given the property is close many attractions.
