Perfect Weekend

We stayed here for my birthday weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The house is just as in the pictures. Communication with Jason was easy. Uber rides to broadway was short and cheap. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen very accessible. We will definitely be back on our next girls weekend!

Perfect Stay

We couldn’t be happier with our stay! The property is fantastic....lots of room and seating, nicely stocked with water filter pitcher, coffee, syrups, tea options! The hot tub is wonderful and easily fit all 5 of us. The rules are clear in the listing and there is a book. Few rules, but very important you follow the few that are listed. Not an issue for us! Close to downtown, short Uber ride (about 18-20 for XL). Nice neighborhood. Beds are comfortable. Only negatives would be 5 women all showering in the morning with a smaller hot water heater. Definitely recommend

Awesome Place to Stay in Nashville!

This house was a wonderful part of all of our first time to Nashville Stay! While it's not right on Broadway, it's a cheap ride there! The house held so many of us (we had 10 adults!) and we were all able to socialize together in every gathering area the house offered! Jason was wonderful about staying connected to us and helping us out with everything we needed! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

Birthday celebration

We had a great time at this house! There was plenty of room for all of us and we enjoyed the amenities including the hot tub, grill and sound system in house. Jason was easy to get ahold of and helped us with a few questions we had about lights. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Nashville!

This place was amazing

This house was just perfect for our family we were all in town for a wedding just around the corner. We had 6 adults and 3 children under 3. Enough room for us all. I bought my own baby gate for the stairs. We had everything we needed. Jason was very easy to communicate with upon our arrival and departure. Would definitely stay here again

Felt like home, only nicer!

We had to rebook our trip to Nashville twice due to Covid-19, and Jason was very understanding and accommodating through all the changes. When we finally arrived, the house looked better than the pictures and had everything we needed and more! Very spacious, comfortable, and stocked with things to do - we loved playing Wii when we got home from hanging out downtown. There was some construction across the street, as well as kids and dogs on either side, but being in a residential neighborhood some early morning bustling was to be expected. The hot tub was a treat, as was the fire pit once we got them going. We had a couple hiccups at first, but Jason was very quick to respond to any questions we had and fix any issues. Overall we had a fantastic experience - one we will never forget! It was definitely “the place” for us.

Super clean and well kept!

This was a great stay. The owner was easy to communicate with. Very clean property with everything we needed. Only two down falls that really didn't bother us much but may others... You are in a tight neighborhood. You park on the street so being able to park two vehicles was a little tight at times. Also, the quiet hours are taken very seriously. There must have been issues with the neighbors in the past. It is asked that you stay inside after 10pm. If you get a noise complaint, you forfit your deposit. Just a heads up. But overall it was great and I would book it again. Just if you're a wilder crowd, you may wanna look elsewhere.

Clean property with great location to Broadway. Host was very easy to work with and very accommodating. There were strict rules about quiet time/curfew. If you are a party group, this place is NOT for you!!!

Great property, great host!

This house is very well represented in the listing. It was clean, very comfortable and well stocked with coffee and other kitchen items. The house is spacious for families needing room to spread out, our kids loved the hot tub and the game/entertainment area. It's also a close walk or drive to a lot of restaurants and other attractions. Our host Jason was extremely helpful and accommodating. Everything went as planned, and he was even gracious enough to let us check in early so that we could get naps in for the kids. The house is in a neighborhood that seems to be in flux, and is a mix of very nice and also lower end homes. Improvements are being made all over and we never felt uncomfortable on our street. I would fully recommend anyone to stay here.

Great Nashville house!

This is a beautiful home that’s an easy drive to downtown Nashville. It’s incredibly close to the two houses that flank it so I wouldn’t recommend it for a big loud party, but it’s perfect for a girls getaway or a family. Lots of room, cool decor, well stocked, and the host Jason is really easy to work with.
