Features brand-new furniture, luxury bedding, smart TVs, and a large yard perfect for groups. Walk to top restaurants, coffee shops, and bars in one of Nashville’s fastest-growing neighborhoods. Modern, cozy, and ideal for family or group getaways.

    The Space:

    * Space, Space Space! Open floor plan downstairs with kitchen, living room and dining area. Brand new 75' smart TV mounted on wall with cozy leather blue sectional sofa. Master bedroom with King bed on back half of first floor with walk in shower and master bath tub. Jack and Jill double sinks and large walk-in closet. 65' smart TV mounted in master bedroom. Upstairs bonus living space with 75' smart TV and sleeper sofa with queen pull out. Trundle bed on opposite corner under art collage with 2 twin beds. 3 additional upstairs bedrooms: 2 queen rooms and 1 twin bedroom. Upstairs bath with shower, tub and jack and jill sinks connected to two of the bedrooms. Back Porch with grill, table and chairs.



    Guest Access:

    Entire home: access to property on front of house. Parking pad on front of house with plenty of room for 2 cars. Additional parking on street.



    The Neighborhood:

    *Nashville's most popularly growing neighborhood. Very walkable to countless restaurants and coffee shops.



    Getting Around:

    Several breakfast, lunch and dinner spots within walking distance or just a short drive. Walkable neighborhood with plenty of parking.



    Other Things to Note:

    Parking pad on front yard of home. Plenty of room for 2 cars with additional street parking if needed. I keep toilet paper, paper towels, towels, makeup towels, kitchen essentials, etc..



    Interaction with Guests:

    Always available. I keep my phone on me at all times. Throughout your stay you can reach me via either call or text on the Airbnb app or my personal cell phone number.

We had a wonderful stay! The manager was excellent with communication from start to finish, which made everything seamless. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had a cozy, homey feel. There were nine of us, and everyone had plenty of space and felt comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Yearly Labor day Nashville trip

We have been doing this trip yearly to Nashville for the past 8 years and this house has by far been the nicest we have stayed at as well as closest to Uber to Broadway.

Great home, great location.

This property was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. We were easily able to uber downtown for $15 when needed and lots of great places to check out nearby in walking distance. Would definitely stay again. The property was beautiful, clean and spacious.

Graduation we all here

Friends and family made the trip to Nashville wanted to be close Tennessee State University. The house was well stocked with towels and blankets. Lots of space to spread out. Lots of little eatery's nearby. Great time definitely recommend.

Nations Station

The house was nice and roomy, clean, comfortable and great location in Nation’s or to Downtown. Beds were comfortable and the YouTube TV a bonus for watching games and shows. Would definitely re-book for a stay in Nashville, owner was super responsive, no issues with the rental at all.

This house was the perfect place to start and end each day while in town to help my daughter move into her new home nearby. Well decorated, well appointed, the best host, and most important to me, very clean. Also appreciated the fenced in back yard space for my two small furry kids to visit

Amazing Birthday Weekend!

This house was clean, updated and soo cute! I stayed here with my friends for my birthday weekend and it was perfect! The kitchen was completed with plenty of cups and utensils as well as coffee, tea and more! Jody was very communicative and very understanding. The check-in process was very easy and location was perfect! Overall, this was a great experience!

Nashville weekend

The house is spectacular. Perfect for anyone. Massive first floor open area inside the front door for hanging between events. Rooms were clean and comfy. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Clean and plentiful dishes and silverware. Great place over all. We will use it again.

Great Wedding Week Stay!

We stayed at Nations Station for a family wedding at the venue 14TENN. The location was just perfect...within walking distance to the venue, restaurants, coffee etc. The communication with our host, Jody was excellent and speedy. Jody was very accommodating, so much that we were able to extend our stay. The house is large, well stocked, and well appointed. The beds and linens were high quality and very comfy. We had an excellent stay and it really worked well for our needs. A+++ stay. Would highly recommend!

Weekend Review

House was great to stay at! We appreciated the plenty of towels, sheets, toilet paper and soaps as we had 9 people for the house. Only issue we had was the master bedroom ceiling fan would make a loud noise throughout the night. And just to bring up something notice in our opinion this yellowish couch up stairs with the pull out bed seems very old and not very clean. Everything else worked out great for us! Thank you!

Incredible home away from home!

My husband and I + our 2 dogs had the absolute best stay at this gorgeous home! The location is perfect and right in the heart of the Nations. The house was so spacious and beautifully decorated with a modern but cozy vibe. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect and the master bath was so luxurious! The fenced in backyard was perfect for our energetic pups and the cute deck area was a bonus. The best part of our stay? The host! He was always quick to respond to messages and SO accommodating, generous, and went out of his way to modify our stay as our home renovation schedule was repeatedly delayed. I cannot express how generous and accommodating he was with our MULTIPLE requests to extend our stay and went above and beyond to make this home an amazing space! When we start our next reno project, this is the only place we will want to stay!

Perfect weekend with my office staff!! The property is beautiful and extremely clean. There were 7 adults and it was spacious enough for all of us to have privacy when needed. I would definitely recommend this place on your next trip to Nashville! Jody, the host, responded immediately whenever I sent a message.
