This place was exactly what we needed. The host communicated so well before we arrived, and everything was just as advertised. If there were surprises, they were all good ones. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and you're close to all the attractions Nashville has to offer. Plus, there's plenty of storage space for packing and unpacking, which made our stay so much more comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great location that was close to all the places we wanted to visit in Nashville - Hillsboro, 12 South, Belmont, and even downtown/Broadway. The unit is nicely appointed and had just about everything we needed. It was nice to have dishwashing tabs, laundry supplies and a well-equipped kitchen. Check-in/out was easy and Rana was quick to reply to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

We traveled to Nashville as family for a long weekend. Since we have teenagers and a preteen we were not planning on spending late nights out and in turn was looking forward to hanging at the house at night watching movies and enjoying family time. The house was very clean and represented very well in the ad. The one thing we woukd say coukd be improves is the seating space and comfort of the living room. The one chair was ripped, so none of us felt comforable sitting there, and the couch, although flexible to give more sleeping space, was not comfortable to sit on.We had to roll the computer chair in the living room, was almost the most comfortable spot. The location and amenities were great.

Perfect

This house fit our needs perfectly. The house was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Could not beat the location either. Everything was only a short drive away. The host was friendly and responsive. We could not have picked a better place to stay.

1. I was pleasantly and thoroughly surprised about how the house was sufficiently stocked up on everything - be it towels, linens, dishes, etc. There wasn’t anything that we could not find!! You can fly in to this place with just your clothes, make a quick trip to nearby Publix and you have everything in the house to cook a hearty meal. For that reason, I will give this house 10 stars!2. The house has a backyard, but quite small for kids to run around or play ball, we can at the most enjoy a cup of coffee. However, there is a park nearby and I took my teenage boys there to play football while my husband and I walked.3. The only reason this house gets 3 stars is lack of stable WiFi in ALL ROOMS. Only the living room and the master bedroom seem to get decent WiFi. The boys couldn’t play games on their phones from their bedroom, one cannot lie down and browse from the guest bedroom. It was very annoying that we all started using cellular data. The host showed a genuine responsibility to solve the problem but was not empathetic enough (“At least you get WiFi in two rooms”, “no problem in my service, I cannot control what Xfinity provides”) to understand the pain. At a point it felt like I came on a vacation to solve problems in another house and I gave up talking about it. We just sucked it up. Not having Internet in all the rooms was a HUGE DISRUPTION at least for our family.

Girls trip!

Great place for a 5 day stay in Nashville. We especially loved the 1st floor level -easy access to an outdoor seating area to enjoy the the fresh air! Kitchen was very nice with a coffee station and all appliances including washer& dryer were greatly appreciated. We loved coffee& conversation in the dining space. Upstairs bedroom& baths were comfy and all beautifully decorated! 15 Stairs to the second floor bedrooms were a challenge with luggage ! Girl PowerWe rented a car-location was easy to find& easy to get to most locations. We did however uber into Nashville for our evening concerts& shows . I would recommend Rana’s home !! Thank you !!

Great location for our visit to Nashville to see the MLS team play. Communication with the owner was prompt and easy. Nice neighborhood and no significant issue with noise. Easy access to a number of attractions.

Convenient and comfortable stay in Nashville

Perfect for our girls trip!

Five friends went for a Nashville girls trip! We absolutely loved the townhome!! It was very nicely decorated, clean, nice location, and adequate sleeping for all of us. We really enjoyed our stay there. Rana the owner was very nice and helpful!! Would definitely recommend!
