Super cute neighborhood! Coffee shops, boutique stores, restaurants within walking distance. The house was amazing clean and plenty of room. We had a great kitchen and plenty of baths and showers!!! Thank you Dave!!!

The unit was very nice. I rated it a 4 because the couch was pretty uncomfortable and the area rugs rolled which was a tripping hazard. Check in was easy and the location was great. Kitchen was pretty well stocked and the air conditioning was good.

As soon as we walked in we knew we made a good choice. The home was very clean. Bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and living were all clean and well maintained. It was a quick 10 min Uber ride from Broadway area. There are some shops and bars in the 5 points here, a quick 5-10 minute walk. The only issue our party had while staying, hot air rises and the upstairs bedrooms seem to get warm around 3am. It was great during the day, because the AC would run with it being 90. But with low 60s as the lows, the AC doesn't run as much. However, each room had a box fan available which helped move air. But please don't let that stray you away. This home was absolutely perfect for our group of 8 adults. There were some seasonings and oils left over. Some sugar and filters for the coffee pot (also a single pod machine on site). Additionally, because you have to clean out the fridge, one of the cabinets has some left over beverages. If we ever come back to Nashville with a party this size, we would absolutely stay here again.

Don't Hesitate

This place was fantastic! Perfect location to just about everything in Nashville. The house was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable for a week. The kitchen was nice and functional. The bathrooms were spacious. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. I especially loved the box fans in every room as we all need them to sleep. There were plenty of rooms to give everyone some quiet time when needed and plenty of room when we were all together. The neighborhood was so cute and very safe. We had no issues leaving our older teenagers there at night to go have some fun on Broadway...oh and just a quick uber drive to get there. I can't recommend this house enough. We didn't have 10 people, but it could definitely hold that many easy and comfortably. Oh and if you are like me and like to pretend move in...this place is perfect for that too. Plenty of bathroom, kitchen, and closet (with hangers) storage. Stop looking and rent this house! You won't regret it. It's seriously Perfect!!!!

Spacious and clean!

We came to attend our daughter’s wedding. The house is very spacious and clean. The kitchen was amazing! We are foodies and cooked several meals during our stay. There are however many restaurants near by. The beds were comfortable and rooms tactfully decorated. Overall one of the best stays we have experienced in Nashville

Nice home and location

Our family of 4 couples and 1 baby came to Nashville for a family wedding. The home is accurately described in the listing and photographs, the location is both close to downtown Nashville and an easy walk to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping in the 5 Points area of East Nashville. The home is clean and has plenty of space for all.

Short Trip

Came into town for a concert so just a quick trip. The house was a great location and plenty space inside to spread out. We loved being able to get everywhere easily. Coffee shop within walking distance, awesome restaurants nearby and a great park down the road to take our pup for a stroll and let him play at the dog park.

Very nice home and comfortable as advertised. East Nashville is a nice area away from downtown but close enough to enjoy the activities. If you don’t want to go into Nashville, home is located very close to many restaurants and shops.

Beautiful home, great neighborhood

This home was beautiful and the neighborhood is AWESOME! We stayed a couple of nights during a long road trip and is was very nice to have so many places to eat within walking distance. The home was beautifully appointed and beds were comfortable. We would stay again!

Lovely house near downtown attractions

we were looking for a house to meet the needs of our family (5 adults and a dog) for a destination Christmas. This was perfect house! Each of our adult children had own bedroom with a queen size bed while we loved our spacious master suite. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed to actually cook a Christmas dinner. The house is a 8 minute drive to Broadway and other downtown attractions and only 17 minute drive to Opry land and the airport, making it very convenient to pick up kids from airport and get to places that we wanted to see. There are grocery stores a short distance away to purchase any food etc.you might need. A lot of the houses in East Nashville seem to be recently restored/updated yet keeping their lovely unique character.. i enjoyed walking our dog thru the neighborhood, looking at them each morning. The owner was responsive with any questions we had. We appreciated that the house had a long driveway to park our fullsize truck as street parking would have been difficult. we would come back!

Great House, Fabulous Location

We Loved staying at this home. The house is spacious and comfortable. It is right in the heart of the 5 Points neighborhood of East Nashville, close to shops and restaurants and Shelby Park with gorgeous walking/running trails and a dog park. But, the house is also a short car ride to downtown Nashville. The house is well-stocked. The beds are super comfortable.

Beautiful home

We loved this house and location, easy walk to neighborhood bars and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked along with toiletries in the bathrooms. We stayed in the room with two beds, the closet doesn’t have built in shelves so there is no where to put your clothes other than living out of your suitcase. A dresser would have been great. Ceiling fan remotes all need batteries. Beds were very comfortable, we would definitely stay again, this house was perfect and a short ride into downtown Nashville.

Beautiful House, Great Location in Five Points

Large, clean home well set up for a group. The location is in a charming neighbourhood within walking distance to several restaurants, a beautiful park, bars and grocery stores. The drive to the music district is about an $8 Uber drive. It was actually nice to have a little distance from the downtown core and cooler during summer months to be among the trees. We really appreciated David letting us come to the house before official check in time on arrival day. A few minor glitchy things in the house and recommend a deep clean to get at base boards and the like but overall we were delighted and highly recommend this property.
