Fantastic stay

Charming home ! My husband and I stayed as we were attending a concert at Bridgestone. Quick drive into downtown. Hosts have thought of everything. Beds are comfy, with high end sheets/comforters. Kitchen is huge with all the necessities. We will stay here again.

Great house and Great location

5 of us came for a girls weekend in Nashville and rented this home for our stay. Close to downtown and our Uber drivers were always less than 10 min away. House fit 5 of us perfectly, had all the amenities needed for our stay. Cute theme and fun decor! Hosts were very friendly and responsive. Great stay!!!!

Weekend get away

The ease of renting this property was great!! Quick communication with the owners and lots of valuable information about the city! We brought our bikes and loved a exploring this quaint area!! The house was perfect for hosting a couple family meals with my adult children we were visiting and the beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again for sure!

The rental process through VRBO and the owners was great. This was convenient and the house itself was wonderful. The price was also good. We Didn’t feel safe being out at night. Very noisy area and the sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable.

Great Getaway

The property was just as described. This was our first time booking a VRBO and Steph made everything so easy! The traffic was noisy at night, but the earplugs and sound machine were a great touch.

We loved this place. We cooked meals here and they had everything we needed.

We loved it. We walked .6 miles to get groceries and cooked there. They had all the necessities and they had LaCroix and popcorn for when we arrived!! There is a convenience store on same block so we could grab snack items too. The house decor is so Nashville and beds are comfortable and so is couch!! I already told my friends about it! Front porch is adorable too! Loved reading my book out there!

Great place and awesome hosts!

Very cool little cabin- close to everything in East Nashville. Downtown and all that offers is a very short Uber ride away. Uber’s are everywhere in Nashville!

Cozy Cottage with all the amenities

We visited East Nashville to attend a baptism and booked the Johnny and June house and were so glad we did. The house was close to every and anything you could want or need, and the owners are kind enough to provide some starter snacks, water, an K-cups. The cottage is very close to the main road and to a gas station, but we didn't notice any street noise when it was time to sleep. With that said, had there been any noise, we could've used the bedside white noise machine, which I thought was a very thoughtful gesture on the part of the owners. Booking was easy! Stephanie was very kind in all of her responses and gave a reasonable rate for a late check out. This house suited all of our needs and we will definitely book it again when we return to Nashville.

Cute little place! Was perfect for what we needed.

Love the theme of the house, it was so fitting for being in Nashville. It was very clean and the Beds were big and very comfy! Stephanie was willing to help if we needed anything. Didn’t have to worry about a key when leaving since it was a keypad entry. Also an alarm system that made us feel safe! Would highly recommend.

Really cute place, LOUD location

We were visiting Nashville for an adult get away with another couple. The house is great! It is exactly as pictured. The decor is very nice, plenty of space for four adults, clean, and well stocked. Now, if you could just pick this great little house up and put it in a different location, it would be perfect! Although in the overview, it does state that this house is not for people looking for peace and quiet... that is a huge understatement! It is literally next door to a VERY BUSY and large gas station. There is constant revving engines and thumping bases ALL of the time. In addition, a fire station is just a couple of blocks away. So add to the noise level the frequent ring of sirens! There were supposed to be ear plugs in each bedroom, but there were not. So honestly speaking, unless you are planning on drinking and literally passing out so you don’t hear all of the noise, this location is just too loud. On the positive, it is nice and close to downtown and the East side, just a short Uber or Lyft ride. We even walked to the east side, and highly recommend The Pharmacy for a great lunch! The owners were responsive and very easy to work with. No issues with anything there!
