If you want an amazing, central location and a cool city apartment, this is the place! Fantastic stay, very helpful and communicative host, super convenient having a Walgreens and The Cowboy Bar bar steps from the door and a great little grocery store at the end of the block and many great restaurants within blocks. Only 3 blocks from Broadway, Ryman auditorium, & Printers Alley. We had an amazing long Thanksgiving weekend with 3 adult children. We even made a basic Thanksgiving dinner at the apartment. 100% perfect for our needs. We absolutely recommend and would stay again! One warning: it is a 3 story walk up, 53 stairs straight up. This is not a property for anyone with mobility issues or someone who has a problem climbing a long, steep flight of stairs. We had no issues, but others might, so pay attention to their warning about the stairs! Also, 6 mature adults would've been a squeeze with the futon bed in the living room. There were 2 blow up beds in closets, but 6 adults might not sleep well. Kids would be ok. If you’re ok with a blow up bed, or are young and fresh in from a late night on Broadway, you’d be ok. If you’re sensitive to night time noise, bring a white noise machine, city noises can be loud in the primary and living room (reality of the city, not a negative on property) However, the middle room is the ultimate sleep cave with no windows!
