The house is nicely decorated, clean and fits 12 people as described. However the kitchen is poorly equipped for 12. There are only 6 plates, and 3 wine glasses. Also the keurig is a single serving one that requires you to add water for every single cup which honestly is inconvenient for a house of 12. The worst was the appliances. We arrived to find the stove and oven did not work. We had a chef coming to cook dinner for 9 in an ill equipped kitchen. Eventually after several messages and the host asking us to check gas switch, electrical panels, make videos, etc they send a repair person who had to call someone else because of a missing knob that made him worried about attempting to check the stove/oven. Second maintenance person arrived and was able to fix stove but not the oven. We had to reschedule and pay for rescheduling our chef for next day. However oven was still not fixed the next day. So no way to cook frozen meals for 9, baked, etc. You can only do so much with a microwave. No refund of any type was given for this. So bring your own plates, bowls, and do NOT plan on using oven. Also the trash can drawer is broken. But a pretty place for pictures for my daughter’s bachelorette weekend.
