It was ver hard to get into the garage because the neighbors were blocking and the place to get into is very small and dark. Very unsafe when arriving at night.

An awesome find

We were incredibly impressed with this property! I’ve never been over in the edgehill neighborhood, and what a cute little area! The property was such an incredible find for such a great price. Clean, quick and easy check in/out and in a great location! We definitely will be back!

FANTASTIC house.

Not only was this the best group trip ever, but this house was incredible and everything you could think of beautifully designed and extremely clean! The roof top was great, the beds were so comfortable, it was a super quick Uber/Lyft away from everywhere we wanted to go, it really just felt like home.

Great house - Needs a few things

House was roomy, nice and met all of our needs. However, what was available in cookware was old and worn out. Plenty of plates and bowls, but only 6 forks. Also, there were no extra towels and we were only given two per bedroom, so we had to use a dirty towel after every shower. Overall nice, just needs a few items to make the stay better.

Great Stay for Packer Game

The entire stay was excellent. Very nice place and as advertised. Close walk to several bar. Would highly recommend!

Music City VRBO 🙁

Location was good, and we had a good time; however, after arriving at the property, we found the door to the rooftop space was open and could not be closed or locked. One gate could not be closed or locked while the other gate had the latch on the outside, allowing anyone access to the entry door. Several loose screws on doors, handles, towel racks, and toilet paper holders. Walls were in need of paint. What could have been a beautiful home

Beautiful home, spacious , the pictures do not do it justice. Nestled within steps to music row. Suprisingly close to projects. The 2nd and 3rd floor air never worked the whole week. VRBO project management was very quick to send someone out every day. The upstairs was 90 degrees and oppressive to sleep. HVAC always shared that owner did not want to invest in a fix because it was costly. My trip was costly. There should have been a portable ac unit or some type of fix offered. We changed our flights and left a day early. VRBO worked with the owner who refunded us a fair portion of our money.

Disappointed

The check in was horrible with incorrect info. Have to check in through the garage which is on alley with many homeless folks that appear to live in alley as well. Never did get the code to the front door do we coujd access through the front door, instead had to walk through neighbors areas to alley when dropped off by Uber each time. As Uber woukd not stop in alley. Air conditioning was broke upstairs and we called and when ac contractor came he said they knew it was broken prior to our stay and they had shut breaker off. Never was repaired. I understand repairs but just should have let us know prior to opt out or offer a reduced rate. Stains on carpets ( I have photos) and marks on walls etc. overall not at all as was represented other then the good location

Great place near broadway

All good except ths front door lock we have to enter from the garage and it was un pleasant but all good except that.

Door, Chaise lounge, Towels

Front Door not able to enter, kitchen door handle I repair felt off. also, bottom floor bathroom handles very loose. Not enough towels, Chaise Lounge broken. I will not go back especially how much I pay for the weekend.

Great home!

We had a group of 8 staying here. The house and rooms were a good size for our group. Really liked the upstairs loft and rooftop patio to relax in. Neighborhood is nice with some restaurants, bars, and coffee shops a couple blocks away. Real close to the Gulch and 12 South neighborhoods. House was clean and the communication was great!

Christmas 2023 Gift to Kids

I was a little nervous of location at first but proved to be easy access to the shops near by. We were pleased with the accommodations esp for us and adult children & spouses. Would recommend, and would stay again- The heater on balcony patio would not light, for the next people that stay.

Group Get-Away in Nashville

The property was very nice as long as you're okay with stairs (3 stories). One friend had a bad knee so slept in the 1st floor bedroom. It is spacious and nicely decorated, plenty of room for our group - nice to have our own bathrooms. Had everything we needed, although if you have a large group and want to have a sit down meal, the only option is some at the small table and some at the kitchen island. We really enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop deck. Our only complaint - or a "good to know" is that instructions were not made clear to us that you can't enter through the front door. You either have to navigate around the back through a narrow path with obstacles or come in from the garage. Better directions for entering the house would be helpful. All in all a nice stay and accessible location with a few options in walking distance.
