Place was very nice , clean , accesable , very easy to navigate Nashville from here really a great spot to enjoy the city and beyond close to the Zoo also nice place , good people easy peasy and thats how you want a vacation spot to be and its a great price !!!!!! Good times !

This is a convenient location to many attractions and great restaurants . The hosts are responsive and accommodating. My husband has been dealing with a sore back , but the bed in the unit was very comfortable for him.

This place was very clean, cozy, and it was in the perfect location. I was able to get to downtown Nashville in 15 mins pending traffic and to all other areas that I was visiting. The area was nice and quiet and the home was very spacious and peaceful. It had such good vibes. Access to the host was amazing as they were very responsive and communicative for anything that I needed. I booked and stayed here based on previous reviews and it did not disappoint! I will definitely be staying here again for my next visit!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was as promised in the guest house and check-in and out was seamless. We’d stay here again anytime we visit Nashville. Great location—easy access to downtown, the airport and to southeast Nashville where our family lives.

I highly recommend this place! It is thoughtfully decorated and appointed to make you feel cozy and “at home”. It has a very comfy king size bed also. Host was good at communicating and check in was effortless with a coded key pad. I definitely plan to go back when I’m in Nashville again.

Our stay was great. The accommodations were wonderful. The sitting area and king size bed were very comfortable. Our hosts have thought of everything one might need for their stay. A plus was the closeness to downtown and Vanderbilt Hospital. We will definitely look to book this location again.

The hosts were welcoming and helpful. The accommodations are very clean comfy, and have all the usual amenities. The hosts also provide extra touches, such as a water filter pitcher, makeup wipes, and board games, all of which we put to good use. I highly recommend these accommodations to anyone looking for a quiet, convenient, and comfortable stay in Nashville.

I chose this property based on its location being close to where our son lives. We ended up hanging out more often at this property than our son’s apartment because it was so cozy. It has everything we needed! Very well kept.

Very comfortable, cozy and clean. Excellent hosts to work with. The bed is extra firm and the pillows are kind of flat if you are used to thicker pillows. We usually bring our own pillows and forgot. Overall great stay and great location. Would definitely book again.

We loved the unique setting of the place, the privacy, safety, accessibility. It had a “just right” feel. The space was decorated so nicely and had a home-like coziness. A beautiful array of flowers was blooming when we visited along with new baby pumpkins on the vine. Host and gardener child were very friendly. We’d stay again for sure.

The rental was just as described. Close to everything you can imagine. Unit was clean, private and very peaceful. If we could rate it higher we would. We will be definitely be making a yearly trip here every year in October. I would highly suggest this to anyone staying in the Nashville area.

Everything was perfect. I was in Nashville while my dad was in Vanderbilt Hospital. I needed calm and quiet. That is exactly what I got. I was able to relax and get my needed rest and sleep during a tough week with my family.

Great location. Very clean! Take into account that this is a garage turned into a guest house; thus, no windows. Would have preferred an AC unit as I like it very cool.
